On Feb 8th, I ordered a drink at a different Starbucks location and it tasted bitter and not like it normally does. I went to this location to see if they could fix it and I was not disappointed! Keely offered to fix my drink and made it just how I wanted. This location never dissapoints and has a great staff. Keep up the good work!

Hey Yall I don't drink coffee and I wanted something other than my normal Medicine Ball Tea I was getting everyday when the pumpkin season took over. I decided to make a drinkable Oatmeal Apple Cinnamon drink, and BAYBAYYYYY its the bomb!!! I'm going to add my photo so you can order you one. This starbucks Team knocks it out the box for me every single day! This team is made up of superheros! During the week they flow so fast, and even on the weekends with less staff they are the best! Stop by and ask for Vashionas drink! Thats me!!!

i love this starbucks. they never let me down and are so sweet in there. i can’t remember her name, but a barista took my order and was very sweet! she wore glasses and had a name tag with flowers on it and i think short hair. she was a sweetheart and it was very appreciative. the drinks are always good and everyone is nice, so i highly recommend. everyone is sweet as hell and they make a hell of a drink!

The 3 ladies working tonight treated me to a special shaken espresso drink made with blonde espresso and sweetened with brown sugar and vanilla syrups. I was dragging on the drive home from a work trip in Richmond, and really needed the pick me up. Their hospitality stood out as a top Starbucks experience. Thank you ladies!

Despite a constant long line, everyone in this store is ALWAYS incredibly nice & efficient! They’re so very sweet and if there’s every any inconvenience (which is rare) they make up for it tenfold!

These workers are superheros! Monday-friday the team moves so fast and gets my drink right every single time. On Saturday and Sunday they have less people working but this crew still manages to be superheros and move as fast as they can to get everything out accurately! I never see them complain or have any attitudes about the amount of orders that come their way, and they apologize for the wait every time!!! I love this starbucks and will alway praise OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! My husband and I own Hibachi Buddha here in Williamsburg and we understand how hard it is to keep up when you are swamped so SALUTE to the entire team here!!! As I always tell yall, YOU ARE SUPERHEROS!!! Ty for all you do!

Best Starbucks I’ve ever been to, the employees were so kind. Our drinks came almost immediately after ordering. I wanted to get a pink drink but it was to late for caffeine, the cashier offered to make me a caffeine free version without me even asking. It’s my new usual order.

Cece in the drive thru was the nicest to me this morning. Really made my day!!
Also was in and out in less than 2 mins

KATHRYN was wonderful! She is so kind and respectful. Only good thing about that Starbucks is Kathryn working at that location.

Probably one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to - ever. The Manager (I think he said his name was Jaime), was very professional and he made an excellent Flat White. Everyone working behind the counter were fantastic, very polite; we had an enjoyable conversation. I drive through Williamsburg often and I will go out of my way to stop here in the future. Awesome experience overall - I highly recommend this establishment!

The only Starbucks I go to!! The humans that work there make every morning so much better! They are the kindest, most crafty, beautiful people.. always smiling and pleasant… I’ve not had one bad experience! Service, quality and kindness always exceed expectations!

Honestly, this was probably the most BEYOND impressive experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. A little late night, a few employees working---literally in sync. Tried to get a recommendation for a drink and she put something together I'd never had and was quite tasty. It was all the little things combined and service that shined. I hope they are reading this review because I wanted to say a true and genuine THANK YOU. I will come back, without a doubt.

Store was clean and staff was very friendly. We got our drinks quickly and they even helped recommend drinks for my indecisive kids.

Over the last few years this location has gotten better and better. Out of all the locations in the area this is hands down the best one. The staff always makes me feel welcomed and the drinks are always on point.

I went here nearly every weekday morning on my way to my summer job, and they were always hustling and even remembered my regular order and often had it ready for me before I even finished paying. Excellent and friendly service and great drinks!

One of the nicer Starbucks I’ve been in. Clean and the baristas are friendly and fast. Rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes for my order. They are now open inside too. There have been some supply chain issues of late, especially for food items - not their fault it’s happening at every Starbucks, so be prepared to be flexible. The baristas have been great at trying to work around the issues and create custom drinks to satisfy those cravings.

Amber was very kind and went above and beyond to help. Even if it was busy.

All my experiences there have been amazing. I always get the salted caramel mocha latte and every time I get it it’s amazing. The customer service is outstanding, I always go with my dog and they love him and offer to give him a pup cup. This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to hands down.

Staff always friendly and quick. It’s a busy area, but not like in the city. Really convenient and always clean.
