Felt so sorry for the gentleman working alone today! But he was amazing and let everyone know he was trying as hard as he could. Everyone in line was being patient while he maintained the drive thru and line inside ALONE. Shouldve asked for his name but forgot to! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. This is the perfect example of an all-star employee. Calm, cool, collected, and the drinks were amazing.

Two amazingly overworked and overwhelmed employees handled the back up with style and confidence. They apologized for the wait and made sure everyone's order was perfect. These guys deserve a shout out...and maybe a little bonus... because if they weren't conscientious workers over 15 people would have walked out without ordering, just in my 20 minute wait alone.

ok. this staff ROCKS! they are the nicest ppl and make my day so much better having stopped there. they will ask me about my daughter (who's in the navy and they remember passing through the drive thru in her uniform). how sweet is that?
the coffee is great and I'm so happy they are here.

IF you don't work there DON'T judge!! Simple. I LOVE DUNKIN DONUTS as an employee and as a loyal customer. They have great customer service and employees and at least it's not welfare and you're not waiting in a soup line.

I love to go here every time I’m running late and forget breakfast. They are always fast even if they’re making both a drink and a sandwich. The customer service at this location is also always great.

Love the staff here- they are so good to me and my family. They know our order and I go out of my way to go there every morning even though there is one closer to my work. :)

Wonderful...the gal that waited on me was swamped...by herself...working counter and drive thru...however she still had a positive sweet attitude...did a great job! It was perfect!!

I stopped by there tonight in the hurricane, all flustered and upset, traveling back home from Chesapeake. The ladies in there were so nice and friendly and helped lighten my mood. Thanks yall!

I called to find how long a box of coffee would take and she said three or four minutes she was excellent on the phone and great customer service very friendly

Dunkin doughnuts have excellent coffee I love their coffee because it isn't strong as Starbucks coffee the environment is good and the people are nice and polite and it is convenient and the place is clean

Would rather come to this sattalite store than the main store in down town Williamsburg. Service here is always great unlike the big store where you are ignored and just another dollar.

Best Dunkin I've been too. Donuts were all fresh. unlike most DDs I've been to.
