Maui Pizza Truck

As a self professed pizza connoisseur, Maui Pizza Truck makes a phenomenal pie. The crust is amazing, ample toppings to choose from, and the lilikoi drizzle is to die for. I'm a big fan of the sweet and spicy combo. They also offer Vegan cheese which allows both my partner and I to order to our liking on date night. We tend to pick it up and take it to an overlook for sunset, which is our recommendation. You can order ahead on their website and select a pick up time, which is great for planning. If you're visiting Maui or live here, Maui Pizza Truck is a great spot.

Wow!! This little pizza place was super busy and yet delivered an amazing pizza!! Very friendly service. It was neat to see the brick oven even with a mobile kitchen. The crust was crispy on the outside and chewy delicious on the inside. Lots of flavorful sauce with fresh toppings. The pizza was piping hot and totally hit the spot!

Maui Pizza Truck was a great find. I wanted to try cheese pizza with pineapple and that was a great one, little crunchy, also chewy and thin. $14

There are other food trucks around in case you need more options.

I’ve travelled extensively and this is the best pizza I’ve ever had. I’m not usually a dough boi but there was something incredible about its flavor and consistency. Topping options were premium and high quality. I liked the community food truck area overall.
Pizza elsewhere has just brought me sadness ever since, can’t wait to go back!

Pizza baked in a dome oven, thin dough, fruity sauce, good taste.

arguably one of the best pizzas on island. their gluten free crust is so moist and dense unlike most gluten free crusts that are dry and thin. the perfect balance of flavor and cheese in every slice. my husband got the white spinach and added chicken and i got the maui pizza. both were incredible! we will definitely be back!

🍕😋So good and beautifully prepared in the declared timeframe (20 to 30 minutes during the busy dinner rush). Their thin crust pizzas are cooked in a wood-fire oven and taste really similar to an authentic Italian pizza even though some of the toppings might sound really exotic to an Italian like me. Delicious! 😄

A classic staple at Kulamalu and a reliable go-to for pizza! I got a simple Pepperoni Pizza last time I was there and I loved how cheesy and crisp it tasted - it also suits perfectly for days when Kula/Upcountry is really cold and a pizza will warm you right up!

You guys!! This place is LEGIT and so good, if you like a Napoli style crust. Got 3 flavors and I’m for sure heading back there.
Pepperoni was good and solid but I can’t get over the spinach and the mushroom! The flavor of the crust... errmahgawd 👍🏼

This is hands down the best pizza upcountry. The dough is perfect with great flavor and the perfect char you expect from neapolitan pizza. Always cooked perfectly and unbelievably priced. All the ingredients are fresh and local. We eat here weekly and recommend to anyone looking for great food at a great price.

Absolutely love the pizza! This place has been around since January and I had to check it out. The quality of the pizza is insane - especially after hiking 15 miles in a volcano. Thank you again for the meal and hospitality

My wife had the Kula veggie pizza and said she preferred it to her two vegetarian entrees at Mama’s and Merriman’s so I guess that says something!! Honestly the pizzas here are pretty great :)

We are so lucky to have this great pizza. Crust is fabulous, lots of choices and amazing sauces!

Delicious wood (!!!) oven pizza from a food truck!!! They have a full size oven and real wood, and the pizza was perfect. The right amount of toppings, crunchy crust and nothing extra.

As a bonus, their table was the only one with an umbrella to hide from the sun.

I wish they worked a bit longer so that one could stop for a bite on the way back from Haleakala, but not sure if it's worth it for their business.

As any true pizza lover knows, it’s all about the dough/crust. With Maui Pizza it’s all there; the chewy, yeasty taste; the puffy, bubbly slightly crispy crust that somehow transitions to a thin sturdy bottom. A basket of high quality toppings (without all of the ridiculous ones) and a wood fired mobile oven that generates a constantly great product. And . . . at an obscenely low price; don’t tell anyone.

Super Pizza and menu truffle mushroom is bomb.
