McDonald's

The order taker was very friendly and polite. The actual order service was slow but that is common now with "fast" food. I had an island special of spam, eggs and rice . The price was a little more than I expected but again it is common now. The food was hot and tasted great. The area and washrooms was clean and well maintained.

I was disappointed their soda dispenser was shut off and they didn't offer refills for customers. I understand people may abuse it, but paying customers should at least get one refill.

Great service and fast, we where on our way down from Haleakala and yes there where two restaurants prior to this one but it was closed when we stopped by and we where starving so we hit up McDonald’s . Had their local breakfast and the rice portion was huge, and so was their eggs. I have no complaints except my siblings didn’t like the Portuguese sausage said it was really salty and they eat salty so thats says a lot

Went in today and was greeted by a new employee who started 4 days ago. He was very friendly and helpful. Maybe because it was semi busy and the new employee had a lot of questions, the manager acted like she was being bothered by the new employee questions. She was short and stern plus corrected him in a negative way in front of me and other customers. Maybe she needs to remember when and how she first started and put herself in his shoes.

Renovations is amazing! 5 stars on the new look and updated equipment to better serve. The order machine makes it easier to order and just wait. New clean look is welcoming and user/plublic friendly.

The McDonald's staff does a great handling the drive-thru and customers who come in. Ever notice how busy everyone is? Please keep that in mind the next time you think your order is taking too long.

Love this McDonald's! The food is always hot and fresh! Service can get slow when they are packed (after high school football game) but that is okay. I will wait if the food is cooked fresh! Keep up the great work!

Pretty good, they had a few extra items that I could never get in California.... someone in our party ordered the eggs, rice, spam & I believe Portuguese sausage....he wasn't crazy about the sausage but I tried it and thought it was delicious..and the staff was great!...no pics, sorry...

Great place only late night food stop upcountry so you get what you get staff are usually super friendly though but lines are long due to no other mcdonalds anywhere nearby

This Mcdonald's has come through a few times when i've been in Pukalani without a car available to me. They deliver via uber eats and I've always been able to get my food promptly. Everything is always prepared and packed nicely.

Drive thru sucks. Customer service is very on point. Staff is wonderful.

They doing renovations for 3 weeks, so no ice cream for Pukalani and other products.

Love the new look inside. Plus you dont have to stand in line you can do your order yourself and just grab a number and sit down or put your order in and go to cashier to pay out. Love it

Went to the drive through. Service was good didn't have to wait long.people was friendly.

I go only for the breakfast biscuits, (unless you count the Prosperity burger in SEAsia. -- so good!) Breakfast in general is great here. The line can be a bit longer/slower than other locations, due to being the only fast food in Makawao/Pukalani. Other than that, I love it.

I do doordash and always get orders from them. They are fast at making their orders and very kind. Keep up the good work!

The food was good. It was very busy there so thats a plus for them in these trying times. Good to see them doing well in the pandemic as a lot of business are having a hard time

They renovated this location and its really nice. It's usually always super busy and the drive-thru is a nightmare. Always really clean and a great staff.
