Giant Food

Convience is a top priority for me, and that's not the best reason why I love Kingsview Giant. It's the staff. Friendly, informed and they make my to dos turn "to done" 😉 I can go to other supermarkets, but why when I am extremely happy. Great job!!

This Giant is well stocked with good organic food stuff. Check out is painless and there's always a staff member ready to help when there's a problem.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Also if you are a pro like me at picking bad fruit/veggies that go bad in a couple days then they will refund your money and let you pick new berries. During COVID they will not take the bad produce back but will allow you to grab new produce.
Giants also has the best birthday balloon, they can be a little costly but they are always so fun.
Lastly their clearance items are great, I got armaryllis for so cheap. They also discount pet toys and food quite often. I got these adorable cat toys for .99.

Easy to navigate and checkout. Lots of self checkouts!! Clean inside and shelves were fully stocked.

I switched to this Giant pharmacy from a big chain (after having to wait 20+ days for medications at the chain pharmacy) and am thrilled with the service. My prescriptions are refilled on time. When I get a notification that something is ready, when I show up, it’s actually in stock and ready. Thanks so much to a great pharmacy staff!!

The only thing that I still need to get used to are the lights. Other than that, Giant is great

This may or may not be the best Giant in the area, as they are all comparably amazing. This location has great staff, the store is clean, and they restock shelves all the time. The lines can get long at peak hours but they usually get massive waves of customers out of the store more quickly than the other locations within 5 miles of here for sure.

My to go store. Good selection of produce, meat and fish. I am so glad that they periodically sale veal - it’s a difficult to find meat. Nice quality of seafood. Appreciate the efforts of the stuff to run all smoothly.

Shout out to Jeff S, he made our shopping experience here great! Even gave us some amazing cooking advice too for our cook out tonight! Very nice guy too!

I visit this store frequently and the customer service is good and they have great selections of fruit and other items. I can’t speak to any other areas of this establishment because I go to get groceries and depart. I did lose my cellphone recently in this store and one of the managers and a nice customer made sure to locate me and return my iPhone immediately.

This is one of my favorite grocery stores. It is manageable and has everything I need. I appreciate their willingness to always help me find something. They have plenty of variety and their prices are better than most. I also love the fact it is only a mile from home which makes it accessible and the bonus is Starbucks is next door.

Lately I've been using online ordering and pickup for my weekly groceries. I don't love the website for ordering but the people who select the food and bring it out to the car are top notch. Always fast and friendly.

I'm particularly happy with the Pharmacy staff. They're always very helpful and cheerful. Everyone else is very helpful and if I can't find something they are more than happy to help. I particularly like Joe (mgr?), who always has a big smile for everyone and asks how I'm doing. Monica White is a wonderful cashier.

Great! Got my Moderna Bivalent booster. Online registration easy. Just check in at the drop off at the pharmacy and a very short wait.

I have been shopping at this Giant since it open. I love the fresh meats, fruits, store organization.
I enjoy talking to Mr. Mike in seafood, Joe and Ms. Bridgette in customer service. The entire staff is courteous and professional. A special thanks to the doctor in pharmacy and his staff.

5 Star because of the employees, especially Joe who works at the Customer Service desk. Polite, attentive, always smiling, goes the extra mile. The store is clean and organized. Has personal hand-held scanners for faster shopping.

Nothing fancy but gets the job done with great prices. Everything you'd expect plus they have an expanded selection these days. High quality corn & flour tortillas rapid turnover, and Herdez tomatillo salsa! State liquor store almost next door.

Quick shout-out to Lydia in Customer Service at the Giant in Germantown. We had a bit of a sticky issue with an Amazon Gift Card and despite being in an awkward spot, Lydia went above and beyond to remedy the situation and provide exceptional customer service. Wow do we need more Lydia's in the world! I already do all my grocery shopping at Giant, but now I'm definitely not going anywhere else. Thank you Lydia!
