Starbucks

I been coming here for the past 7 years and I have many great things to say about this store. But recently one employee stood out more than any in the past 7 years his name is Kevin he always treats people with so much respect and kindness. He is a great young man and it’s truly a highlight of my day every morning.

A+++ service, this morning I was greeted by Shervin, one of the baristas, his energy brightened my day, good to know there’s still some good on this earth haha. I entered the store and I was hit with the immediate “Good morning sir, how can I help you today?” With an ear to ear smile, now that’s what I call good service. I think I found my new go-to Starbucks. Great Coffee, great food, and especially great customer service. P.S. get the ham and Swiss croissant, thank me later XD.

Really friendly staff working here and they always do a great job with my drink. I always do mobile order and it’s usually ready on time. The pandemic has severely affected supply chains so it’s best to give people working at places like Starbucks some grace.

love going here, they have the cutest post it section where everyone leaves positive messages. A good way to start your day! The drinks have always been made perfectly for me. The location is clean and organized.

Gteat place for a business meeting or meet up with a friend. Wifi signal is great too and the people are very nice and friendly.

My favorite Starbucks in the Germantown area. Drinks are consistently made correctly and the Baristas are friendly & helpful.

Very very friendly staff❤. I am loving this Star$ more and more. My friend and I grab our weekend coffees here all the time they are very efficient. Haven't tried ordering ahead at this location yet but I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem.

Mathew is an awesome work. Has an amazing attitude and great spirit. Also, so he is a hard worker. As I can see, as he works alone on this busy evening. Either the boss needs to hire more people / be here themselves to see how hard it is or giving him a raise. Cause he is doing the job of 2 or 3 people so should be paid as such.

Had excellent customer service. I actually asked about the hot teas since I wasn’t feeling well. The barista suggested the honey citrus mint tea, the “medicine ball” and I must say it was delicious and comforting. I must add that this place is the only place that does it just right. I’ve tried other stores but nothing like this one. This tea is my go to tea when I’m feeling sick. Thank you.

Very friendly staff on Sunday afternoon. The team member who took my order was patient as I made a few substitutions. (I'm not a very regular customer, so it took me a minute.) Thanks!

It was wonderful service. My favorite part was their friendliness with my little girl. It hasn't always bern this way at this particular Starbucks but tonight was a wonderful fast experience.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Germantown. I have never experienced a wait or an incorrect order. Everyone that works there is very polite and helpful if you have any questions.

I usually order from the ap, walk in, and take off with my drink. It's always on the counter waiting for my arrival.

Covid update: They initially had a window type set up for orders but they have now opened up the store for customers. The door on the Giants side is the exit and the other door around the corner is the enterance. There are markings on the floor for where to stand in line. The pickup location is still on the far end of the store. They just pass you your drink under the plexiglass.
It's nice that they don't just put them out on the counter for everyone to look through and touch.
You do need to wear a mask to enter and all of the staff is also wearing masks.

Given the very convenient location, this Starbucks is almost always busy every time I come in, but the staff are always very kind and they do a great job with the drinks!

The place is very outstanding good for business you know definitely a good place if you have a private business you know it's very peaceful quiet almost like in a library

Amazing Customer service and neat. Will be my usual place to huddle with friends and family.

they were short on staff and line out the door, and still kept their cool and got people through on a early Saturday morning. Job well done by the Caucasian female manager!!!

Young lady when out of her way to brew a brand new pot of coffee and subdue to each and everyone of my whims. Dislike this makes you feel like maybe Starbucks is worth its weight in dollars!

I like few things. One of them is an iced chai latte. Starbucks (this location) executes this to my taste. I will remember them fondly when the New World Order is established.

It's the coffee for me.
