Converse Factory store was excellent with the different sneaker options. Very good prices and sales. Store service was excellent.

The best staff in all Clarksburg Outlet! They always have the most beautiful all-star of the season! Also, they have great deals near the walls. Check it!

Store has a really good selection of the Converse sneakers. They also get some of the limited runs.

Natasha and another female employee both were very helpful.
Both of them were working very hard helping every customers that came into the store. They both are very passionate about Converse and they love helping every customer finding the right shoe size.

I had visited about three shoe stores prior to this, all of which did not carry my size. I wear a size 11 in women's and I am tall, so it can be difficult to shop for. I was able to find three pears of shoes for a great price at this location! They carry my size, and more. Plus, the shoes look great and the staff is friendly!

very convenient to have a converse store. Great staff, as they are all very welcoming and friendly! The clearance section could be bigger, however there aren't many shoes on the clearance rack anyways when it comes to my size, so it doesn't matter. Converse are also those shoes that I find myself wearing with everything, so it's nice to have one nearby. Definitely give it a visit if you're at the Outlets.

They have a nice selection of some funky shoes. They also have a great return policy and very friendly staff. The prices are reasonable and the staff are more then willing to help you find the shoes you need in your size. Another added bonus is the outlet in general is never really packed.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Selection is huge. This was my first visit and I wanted to by all of them!! So many cool designs I hadn't even seen online!
