It takes soooo long for them to process and send out anything. Thought my package was lost but USPS is just taking almost a week to scan it into the system....

An African American lady who works the front desk is the most inhumane, apathetic and ignorant person I have ever met in my entire life who works at the post office, I requested to pick up a package when my tracking number said it had arrived at the post office being prepared to ship, and she lied saying that another associate is in the process of delivering the package when clearly all of the delivery cars are right beside the building. She always hesitates to just hand over any package, being that she is just too lazy to go in the back and retrieve it. Horrible customer service. Then she tells me to come back at 11:00 when clearly they're closed wasting my time and gas. This is pathetic

My packages misdeliever often,or content of packaging is missing.sensitive mail brought by neighbors.spoke to manager at postal office,which didn't resolve any issues.

They close whenever they want and are not helpful at all. If you hate your job find a new one.
