By far the friendliest post office staff I’ve ever dealt with!

My favorite Williamsburg post office!! I live in Colonial Heritage and the Norge post office is very convenient. The two ladies who work there are top notch and so personable…and they know what they’re doing!! When I go there to mail cards or packages, it’s like visiting friends!! ❤

Great location! I’ve lived in Williamsburg 31 years and never realized this USPS was here. The two ladies are super friendly and quick and courteous. I’ve been visiting the location for about 2 weeks, daily, as I ship things for my business. They have been great, and very helpful.

Sandy and Carol are always so helpful and really go the extra mile to assist me whenever I need to ship a package!

This post office has been nothing but wonderful. There are only two ladies that work this and usually work by theme selves most of the time. They are always very nice and give great advice when asked about best options. After reading the negative reviews I wanted to give a good one. I have nothing but great things to say. It’s a lot better then waiting in line for 30 mins to only be greeted by someone super grouchy in the Williamsburg or light foot one.

Verys small personable neighborhood Post Office. Warm and Friendly. Mrs. Carol is a friendly face that is always willing to help the customers. My littlest one loves going in for a lollipop. And if the kids are not with me Mrs. Carol is asking about them.

I visited the post office today in norge and usually I go to the store to buy tape and boxes because to me it seems cheaper. We I just needed to send a small package. Figured in and out. Well thanks to Carol Pitts my live is so much better. I was on the way to my doctors cause my anxiety was so bad from the covid 19 outbreak. Yes I am currently out of work. The words that she spoke is truly a blessing. Very few but bigger than life. What a truly truly blessing. Thank you. thank you . The world is such a better place what a true true hero.

Mrs. Pitts is wonderful and a delight to see when I go to the USPS. She provides that small hometown feel along with professionalism. This is the only USPS I will go to. Simply the best!

I found the woman who works behind the counter to be friendly and helpful when applying for a P.O. box.

A smaller post office with country charm...the Postmistress Carol Pitts will go out of her way to help any stamp collector in need...tracking down those elusive issues....

Always super helpful and kind. I specially drive to go to this small location over Lightfoot. They will always help me with the right size boxes for my needs.

The employees here are very personable & helpful, don't understand the negative reviews. I love quaint neighborhood feel, please keep this location open 😊🙏🏽💯

Nice people, but not a real post office

Not sure if I was overcharged for sending a small package. I send the same package monthly from Richmond for $2, but it cost close to $5 here. The clerk simply said packages cost more without offering any choices for postage.

Constantly having bad experiences here, most of the employees are very helpful as are many of the USPS staff I work with at other locations but the one younger girl is absolutely rude and unhelpful.

This young lady knows nothing about her own companies policy’s and literally makes up rules that i’ve never heard of at any other post office.

I’ve had two experiences here that were absolutely Ridiculous.

Post office that closes at 430pm and right at Christmas? Wow.

Mailed my wedding invitations from here and asked for hand cancelation, to which the woman replied “yes.” The invitation I self-addressed comes in clearly sent through machine canceling and covered in ink and wrinkles. It’s one thing if they said no, or no guarantees, but don’t lie. Very disappointed.

Very rude employees and they know nothing about their own policies, like how and when to file a non delivery claim. Do they lose alot of packages here? Don't use this location. Hours are screwed up too. They close for lunch. When do they think people who work have time to go to a post office? They open late and close early. USPS NEEDS TO CLOSE THIS LOCATION and fire the two women working here.
