This store is the best! I only trust them for all of my dogs’ food and supplies. The staff is so knowledgeable and really help you make informed decisions about what’s best for your pets. I was helped by Zach who was passionate about his job and made my visit very welcoming. You can tell he really enjoys being there! Highly recommend!

I went to the store on Scottsdale rd and Shea, the man that helped me ( did not get his name) he was so nice and helpful. I am looking to change my yorkies food and he explained everything to me , while comparing foods they have in the store to what I have been feeding her. Also gave me samples of things to try before purchasing. I will definitely purchase her food from them.

I visited My Pet Store last Thursday evening with my dog Sunny. Jaxon, the sales associate, was there. This was the best interaction, covering so many topics from oral care to types of food to the available "price matching". I return to My Pet Store often because of this kind of excellence displayed by Jaxon. And the best ending he carried my pet food to my car. Bravo, Jaxon and My Pet Store!!!

My favorite pet store. No it’s not cheap but neither is the quality. My two dogs finally agree on the same dog food from Granny Mae country naturals. One of the gentlemen there introduced me to it, no more dander, extra shedding illuminated and less bowl. They love their food. Their coat looks amazing and no stomach issues. Night itching stopped. Very happy!!! It’s now been a year so consistently happy.

They will price match the cheapest price you find online for anything in the store!

I absolutely love this store and they often price match what I can find on line for higher end grain free foods that my breed of dog requires. They are also great about calling around if the food I need isn't in their store they will save you from driving around and call their nearby stores. The service is always exceptional

You you know exactly what you want all the time, go to a major chain and pay a little less, maybe? If you appreciate personal attention and expertise, go here. As my dog gets older, her diet needed to change. I was so impressed with the effort they put in to help me find the appropriate products.

This place is the BEST! I can find everything I need here for my pup! They have great and healthy dog food choices as well as many dog poop scoopers to choose from! Customer service is on point and friendly! Wes is the man!! He hooked it up when I didn't bring in enough money! I can't thank you enough Wes you saved the day!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My puppy loved the personal attention that was made to him. I really appreciated that I had concerns about his diet and my questions were answered. Definitely recommend this place!
