Skyler helped us on Saturday. My friend and I were definitely a handful. We had 2 crazy 8 year old boys running amok. 2 brand new 7 week old puppies, and neither one of us had any idea exactly where to start and what to get. He was so kind, patient, and informative. We had a great experience all around.

My better half, Banksy loves him some PetSmart daycare. They take a rez, and they are a very reasonable $25 for up to 6 hours, $30 for 6-8 hours. All dogs must have current shots and they separate big and little dogs…

Enrique is a wonderful cat groomer. My cat is a rescue and she hates change, being moved and new people. She was comfortable with Enrique after one visit. I am a satisfied customer.

Great selection. Employee's were great. They helped me in finding exactly what I needed, at a good price.

We come in to get supplies for my daughters hamster. The workers are always really nice to her and my daughter really enjoys coming in. We had an issue with the hamster early on and they actually were able to exchange it for a new one which we really appreciated!

We have a lot of questions about feeding our dogs. There is so much confusion about the carcinogenic properties of dry food. Sadly, we have lost several dogs to cancer, so shopping for dog food comes with some angst for us. Almost as soon as we started looking, a young woman approached us to see if she could help. After a brief discussion , she took us to a baked recipe dry dog food that had primarily healthy ingredients. She also gave us some pointers about dog food ingredients that partly relieved our concerns about dry food. We bought a small bag of the food she recommended. I will keep the brand out of it since my review is about the store, the team, and their commitment to helping us love on our canine family members. Not just a chain mentality at this store, the Petsmart, Scottsdale team show a true passion for pet care!

We frequent this store often and bring our dogs here for grooming each month. The store is always clean and well-stocked. The staff is very friendly and greets everyone as they enter and leave. Groomers do a great job too, and it's really convenient to be able to schedule the grooming appointments using the Petsmart app.

My wife and I have been going to this store for a very long time, staff is always prompt and ready to assist, thank you.

Petco is a place where I get things for my pets I bought them this new toy for Christmas and I can't wait to put it together and see how much they love it knowing how much I love it they almost always have what I need and if they don't they tell me where to go to get it thank you very much

I’m actually really impressed with this location! Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and the store seemed clean. I took my long haired dachshund to be groomed by Hailey C and she did a really great job! My pup can get very nervous and scared to be groomed but they were patient and he looked so nice and happy when I picked him up! All the ladies in grooming were great! Definitely recommend this location!
