Scrubs & Beyond

I came in with returns that I had purchased under my ex’s account about 2 years ago. I no longer had a receipt and no contact with the person who had purchased the scrubs originally. Angela was who helped me at this location and she was able to look up the old purchase and issue me a credit for exchange. This took some extra steps and work on her part and she was very patient and helpful through the process. She even helped look through the whole store for the pants I needed for the exchange and was able to find 4 pairs that were the size, style, and color I needed. She was so helpful and patient and cheerful through the whole process. I was very happy with the transaction and would highly recommend this location and seeking Angela’s help in particular. I was very satisfied and pleased with the outcome and that she took the extra time to make it possible. Great job!!!

Store manager Christine at the Phoenix store is Desert Ridge is a gem. Amazing guest services as she made sure we will fully taken care of and was a pleasure to work with. Definitely deserves a raise!

Very good experience from this location! I had gone in and was helped very quickly by Rhorey and Angela who helped me find just what I needed and I’m extremely happy with the scrubs they recommended. Excellent service, I will definitely be coming back for anything I need in the future

Christine was beyond helpful! And such a knowledgeable person! I was looking for a firmer, cotton fabric. She not only identified which brands/lines would match what I described to her, but even wrote down the style numbers so I can find them on the website to order online! Marykay and Christine always help my wife and I with so much every-time we come in! They both were knowledgeable and intuitive on all things! We appreciate their kindness and willingness to provide excellent customer service! Best location by far!

Lisa was extremely helpful in helping me pick out new scrubs, getting me different items and sizes as I needed them in the dressing room. She was so kind and responsive. All the staff were knowledgeable and made my shopping experience enjoyable.

Christine absolutely makes this place! I hardly wrote reviews but I felt she is so deserving of one that I was compelled to write this. She was so busy and seemed to be the only person in the store but was so patient and helpful and fun! I never thought buying scrubs would be so enjoyable. We all laughed a ton and felt so happy about our purchase. Plus she had to look up sizing, color and brands at other locations for us while getting is under our school pricing. She is a true hero of this store!

So unfortunately for me my health network requires me to wear an impossible color to find in stores, especially for men, so the scrubs I have are well seasoned and needing replacing. Christine went above and beyond what I think most customer service people would do and, while they didn't have the color, scoured through the catalog inventory and wrote me a sku list that covers the entire industry. She won my business!

I came in not thrilled about needing to wear scrubs at my new office and by the time I left. I had a few sets that not only fit me perfectly but, that I also felt confident in!!

Christine was so helpful and very knowledgeable about everything in her store. She went above and beyond in customer service. I had to get XXS of everything and what she didn't have in stock, she ordered in to the store for me. And that didn't take long at all! I wish there were people like Christine in every store. From her service and smile and knowledge of product, she is an amazing person and employee. This is the only place I go to for scrubs and because of Christine I will not go to a different location ♥

I want to say that Christine is one of the most amazing ladies I've seen, she just knows every shirt and pant size in the store and she just helps everyone at the highest level. I'm sure that anyone looking for a scrub will find what they need with her.
