Our minivan battery died with both of our little kids in tow. We jumped it and brought it straight to this location. Joe made sure we knew battery options and we purchased it. He installed it quickly for us which was much appreciated since we had our two little girls roaming around during the whole process. We tried to give him a tip at the end but he was kind enough to have us keep it since we had a young family and had just spent money on the battery. He was great as well as all of the rest of the staff. Store was clean and well stocked. Thanks Joe and team!

Cody at AutoZone was able to provide great service and expertise in helping switch out my headlight bulb. He was able to determine which bulb needed replacement and also was able to work on the vehicle at AutoZone.

This Scottsdale location is newer, super cute, and clean. The counter service was very good and quick. There are tons of menu options but stress out. Very fresh and delicious ingredients. I couldn't believe how reasonable the prices were for a Scottsdale restaurant. Food came out quickly. Plenty of parking. No photos because I dove in and ate it!

Wow, my last visit here was incredible. I needed help with a set of wiper blades that took me 4 tries and all failure. I drive to auto zone and here, Joshua completely stepped in and fixed my issue with a great attitude. Attended to me right when I walked through the door. I won’t forget the amazing customer service I received today. Thanks buddy!

if you ever come here, make sure to ask for trey! he was so incredibly helpful, fast, and made me feel very comfortable. he made jokes with me and was able to get my battery replaced in less than five minutes. this man deserves a raise

I moved from Virginia to Scottsdale and so happy to find AutoZone on Northsight!! I have always had a great experience in Virginia and was hoping this location was just as great! Well, Jordan Ellsworth never disappoints! I met him a few years ago when I needed a battery and he was awesome, so helpful and customer oriented. Today my battery died and it was 111 degrees and had to get a jump, called Jordan and asked if I could come in to have it tested and could he put in a new battery for me. He looked me up in the system and said I still had a few months left on my warranty, yipee! And, he installed the battery for me - I was in and out of there in 10 minutes! I asked to speak to his manager, Kyle Fleming and he was awesome too and happy to get my feedback! It is so nice to have AutoZone close by -- it will definitely be my GO TO place! Thanks, Jordan for all your help today!!

I have been a customer of AutoZone Northsight location since 2014. I have purchased multiple car batteries and many, many windshield wipers. Arizona weather, am I right? The service that I have received deserves a rave review. It is overdue.

I will never purchase a car battery anywhere else. Let me tell you why. You can find an AutoZone anywhere.

On Christmas Eve, my car battery died. I was stranded for days waiting for the car shop where I purchased the battery to reopen after the holiday break. When the shop reopened, things did not work out like I expected with the warranty. At AutoZone, all I had to do was provide my telephone number and the last car battery that was purchased in 2016 popped up and all of the details regarding that battery with its warranty. True, it had expired but I did not have to refresh memories or contend with new employees. It’s all there. Done.

So from now on, this is where I’ll be purchasing my car batteries. I support small business, but with my car battery, I need to have my battery serviced whenever and wherever I am.

Great service! I was helped primarily by Donavanh(sp?) with picking out and installing a new battery and wiper blades. The service he provided, made me feel like I wasn't being screwed over because I was a girl alone.
I was so thankful the store was open late as my battery died leaving work in Scottsdale and I live on the far westside. I don't know what I would have done.
Both guys working were friendly and I enjoyed cracking a joke or two with them. Thanks guys!
