I Love Sushi

From an outward appearance I was worried first and foremost. I stepped in and I instantly felt like I was in a japanese atmosphere, the food was amazing, the server Annie was very friendly and helpful by making recommendations. I can say this is the best Japanese restaurant Ive ever ate at where the employees take pride and commitment to the next level. I will be back for more!!

Excellent sushi, miso soup was well balanced. Steak hibachi cooked to perfection with excellent choices for vegetables. Fresh ingredients and good flavor. Nice quiet place with calm atmosphere. Would recommend.

Quite the upgrade. I was never fond of China Wok, if you were you may feel differently. The food is better, people working are super nice. It has a very chill vibe. Multiple vegan and vegetarian options.

The food was amazing! Its hard to find good Chinese in my opinion and I’m very excited I found this place. We tried the orange chicken, sesame chicken, crab Rangoon’s, & egg drop soup. Very excited to try the sushi offerings on our next visit. Quick service as well, very nice people!

Recently visited this Asian restaurant under new management in Frankfort, and what a delightful experience! The new owner was genuinely warm and welcoming. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. From Sushi to Hibachi and classic Chinese dishes, the menu variety was impressive. Without a doubt, it's the best Asian dining I've had in Frankfort!

This place is amazing! They had their soft opening today and the staff was so friendly. The food was good too. Large portions. The crab rangoons were even filled up nice and full.

I've eaten at China Wok for 40 years. I have had some great food there over the years. Ken and Laura did a great job preparing and serving our meals. Patsy and Theresa were alway so friendly and knew your name. It was family. We got food there tonight, July 31, 2023. It's the last of a great place. We got everything we wanted except crab Rangoon. That has always been one of my favorites. The pot stickers were really good too as was the rest of our order. I got a big hug from Patsy before I left tonight! Thanks for the memories China Wok!

Had the salmon bento for lunch. Salmon was very good. The ginger dressing salad with the meal was fresh and crisp. Server was helpful with ordering. Will be going back again.

Very good sushi. Orange chicken was delicious. Eggrolls were hot and tasty. Wonton soup very good. Servings very generous. It's my new favorite restaurant in Frankfort.

First time we went, was their soft opening was pretty slow, but food was high-quality and abundant. Second time was sushi for lunch was amazing fresh the best I’ve had in Kentucky so excited to have this place here.

i’ve been here 3 times now. every time is a delightful visit. staff is some of the friendliest in Frankfort, for sure! their soups cure everything for me. it is 90 out today and i still NEED that wonton soup! ask for a side of hot pepper oil and add some in for a perfect meal. their crab rangoons are wrapped perfectly.

I don't like Sushi so I got Moo Goo Gai Pan. First thing I noticed was the Fried Rice was very good! All in all the food was much better than China Wok. My only complaint is it should've came with an egg roll.

The order is always correct. They give plenty of condiments with carry out order. Food is very good.

I Love Sushi opened a couple weeks ago in China Woks old spot, and we decided to try it out tonight. The sushi was awesome! We will definitely be back

We are new to the area and decided to try I love Sushi. It was some of the best Chinese we have had! I look forward to trying the hibachi and sushi on another visit.

Best egg rolls in town, hands down. Rice is smoky and flavorful. Big portions for cheap. This is a hidden gem (and total upgrade from previous)

My 5 star rating was before the original owners retired. Sadly, I cannot give this rating to the new owners. The food was not good. It didn't taste fresh. Too much cornstarch was used for thickening. No flavor. I hope they drastically improve. This restaurant is needed on that side of town.

Honestly traumatized by how bad the food was when this place was China Wok, so thank you I Love Sushi for helping start the healing journey, lol. Food was great, service was friendly, I'll definitely be back.
