We were so impressed with the courtesy, professionalism, and honesty of Todd, Matt, and staff. They could have easily recommended we needed a new roof; however, they worked diligently to find the cause of leak. We are now leak-free, but will definitely call Ideal when a new roof is needed. We recommend them without reservation.

We had a leak in our roof so we contacted Ideal Roofing and spoke with Todd. He came over the next day and thoroughly inspected the roof and addressed some issues that he thought might be the cause of the problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained what repairs he made. We highly recommend him and his company.

When I needed a new roof, I called several companies and Todd from Ideal Roofing called me back right away. That alone was wonderful but he followed up quickly with a good price and kept me informed about when they would be here. With a crew of 10 (I counted!) my roof was complete in 3-1/2 hours. Tear off, new roof and cleaned up. Amazing quality and amazing service! I would not hesitate to recommend Ideal Roofing.

Todd and Jay are amazing and very professional. Jay was here most of the day making sure everything went smoothly. There crew are very amazing and friendly as well. They did a great job and clean up was suburb. It took one day to install the roof and it looks amazing!! If you need your roof done or repaired give Todd a call.

Matt Gravitt and Todd Gravitt did a fantastic job on getting my roof replaced. Todd went to bat with the insurance company and was very thorough with negotiating. Matt and his team had the roof on in a matter of hours and had the property cleaned up better than it was before. I can’t say enough great things about these two guys!! We have used Ideal roofing twice. They did a repair for us last year. Todd was very helpful. When we lost our roof to a storm this spring, we reached back out to them to put the new one on. They were fair and trustworthy. Todd and the site supervisor answered my many questions. I'd gladly use them again (hopefully in several years!).
