This company has no customer respect... lies lies. Every time they say they are delivering, it's never on time or within the window they give you wasting your time. Their products like mulch is poorly maintain with the black mulch being delivered looking gray! I had them take it back as it looked bad compared to my 1yr old black mulch. You been warned!!! use another local mulch,landscaping company.

Worst experience ever! Do not buy the DYED mulch for sure. Our order of double shredded black mulch (which by the way is not double shredded) faded in less then 30mins of getting rained on same day of order. Staff seemed nice over the phone until you pay! Requested my money back and that I was fine with them coming and getting the mulch back before I layed it...was told it would be refunded in a week or so, and that it would come from corporate... still waiting after a month 1/2. Management at the Clarksburg location is ducking our calls. Beware of their tactics. I would have given a 1/2 star rating if it would have let me.

I will never use them again. Go elsewhere this company sells bad products to their customers and then will not return calls to fix the issues and concerns.
