Liberty Gas Station

The staff here are mature and very kind. I have come to this gas station since 2002. They have a routine cleaning schedule three times daily for restrooms and they have more security cameras on live streams than you may think. Their prices on drinks and gas are competitive and there is also a Subway inside! I highly recommend paying a visit. They may have staff on their team from time to time that are learning English, so please be patient and don’t get frustrated or misjudge them! 100%

Always the price is the best.

This is just a typical small gas station. It's fine if you are just stopping to grab some gas and go on your way. The staff is fine, not warm and inviting but they do their job. There is a subway inside this location that usually decides to close when they aren't busy. The food has always seemed fresh.
The gas station also has a tire air pump available, it functions properly and there usually isn't a wait to use it. The gas prices seem comparable to other stations in the area so if I'm closest to this one I usually just stop in quick.
The plaza also includes a dentist and nail salon.

The gas price are same as other gas stations in this part of Germantown. The Subway sandwich place at this location had closed early on two days I went. The manager was rude when I asked why they close and at what time they close.
During the gas shortage 3 weeks ago this station was a mess with lot of cars in different queues. Could have improved this.

Depends on who you dealing with sometimes service is good

I often use this gas station without issue but went in to get my daughter a sub at subway today. The sub was fine but when I asked for a cup for water they said they do not provide fountain water. I don’t think I have ever been to an establishment in America (overseas sometimes it is unsafe to drink the tap water so I have encountered this because everyone HAS to buy water) that serves food but doesn’t offer tap water with the food. I spoke to the assistant manager who said I could use ice and the hot water but would be charged 25 cents for the cup. I was not interested in paying even 25 cents for hot(?!) water. I’ll be rerouting to get gas somewhere else. Customer service can go a long way to keeping customers.

The price for gas us typical but don't go there for air or vacumning. These spaces are nasty. The garbage cans are over flowed. Half of the air escapes from the air pump. Clearly they get slot of customers and don't maintain the equipment.

No prices shown for store items. I'm not making this up. Two full walls of cold boxes and not a single price displayed. Sorry dirtbags I won't play your you silly game. I won't set foot in your establishment again. I'm sure you've calculated that and simply don't care so this won't come as a surprise.

I understand the stressful times we are in but it is no excuse for being rude and disrespectful. An older “gentleman” with glass was so cold towards me that I will never come here again. All I did was ask do you accept Apple Pay and he gave me an attitude as if I did something to him. I was still respectful to him but I made up my mind at that moment. The lady was nice but still - her co-worker made the experience so awful.

I wish there was a negative option to choose to give a poor rating because I would if I could. The owner will not play a single number if you ask him and he is prejudice towards his customers. I am a customer of color and I have literally seen it for my own eyes where he refuses to play 1 number for me (in this is in the case I have loose change because otherwise I use the self service machine) and he refuses. I have seen Caucasian customers come in asking to play the lottery and I have never seen him refuse to play. Today, all I needed to do was cash in a winning scratch off and he flipped a sign over the lottery machine saying "temporarily closed."

Additionally, he never greets me when I come in the store and will deliberately ignore me when I try to pay for gas or stand at the counter to pay for something but he does for other customers. I understand racism is a serious accusation but his actions speak louder!!!

The posted time of close it says 11:00 pm. We arrive at 10:46 and they said they were closed. Lights were on by the street, the lights above the pumps were on, the light inside the store was off but she was walking around and waiting to 11:00 to leave. When K asked her what time they closed she paused and didn’t reply until asked again and said 10:45 pm. Now that is a very strange closing time.
It is not the first time that we were denied service coming after 10:30 pm. If the manager/owner allows them to close at 10:30 pm then they should change the hours on their website and not make people come to waste time and Gas.

I visit nearly everyday, to make a purchase (mostly smokes), there is one lady who is the rudest for no apparent reason. In fact she is so rude I have now decided not to patronize this place anymore. On my last visit she snatched my money out of my hand causing the coins to fall across the counter and she failed to give me my change. Although it was only one cent.

Put pump out of service and had product not a pleasant experience very rude waited until I was ready to pump shouldn't post a price on street if that's the problem
