Friendly and polite staff.
I ordered a steak and cheese with (double meat, bacon, provolone cheese and fried onions) with Cajun fries and they were really good. I have to say is the best in Germantown and I have tried all pizzerias and local shops in the area but this so far is the winner for Steak and cheese.

I can't over the fact a liquor store is producing top notch steak and cheeses! The crispy fries with old bay are also outstanding. Flipping amazing!

They have a great beer & wine selection. They also have really good cheese stakes and Old Bay French fries. They have a wide range of beer on tap as well. The owner was super nice he spent extra time introducing me to some local brews.

Fantastic Steak n Cheese subs and fries! Its honestly kind of surprising how they can make such a good meal out of a small kitchen in the back. On top of that, great craft beer selection! The best I have seen. I HIGHLY recommend anyone in the area to stop by, you will not regret it!

Super customer service! I called first to reserve a 1/6 keg with them, they were very helpful on the phone. When I went to the store a few days later, they had everything ready for me and even made sure that I was clear on how to tap the keg. I tried another beer store to get this keg before and they were no where near as helpful.

Great selection of wine and good prices. No I did not like the wine that was recommended as one of the popular but at least the rep went through all of the effort to help me out. Will surely come back for more purchases.

Why go anywhere else, for anything. Truly the best of the best. A great selection of beer and wine, this is the original location. Friendly staff and managers, if you're looking for a specific beer they have great recommendations and are knowledgeable about other beers. Great seasonal selection. Now it's a tasting room! More great beers on draft to try before you buy! Plus you can people watch as you sip on your beer!

Delicious Steak and Cheese subs! Solid selection of Beer & Wines for such a small location. They will order any beer that is available via Montgomery County regulation. Their service is excellent.

Haven't been in a while, but if they still make subs..go for it! They order fresh bakery bread every day. YUM, PLUS the meet all your needs for beer and wine. Wine tastings too

Great staff... knowledgeable and very polite. Looked like a great selection, I stumbled across my favorite beer from back in the day which I figured I would never see again.

Friendliest beer store in the Area. Decent selection of beer. More than your average selection of wine. Hot food. If it weren't so far away I would make it my regular spot.

Good list of beers (~20) on tap, plenty of local flavors. Solid sandwiches, good service. Walk a block further and order from these folks, JJ's and Firehouse will survive just fine without you, but these folks will remember your name.

Everybody MUST try the food tho! EVEN their fries are so delicious, which usually nobody expects to be good. I am so impressed with this place. Very lucky to live right next to them!

There's always something new to try here. One side is wine, the other side is beer and cider. There is usually a decent gluten free selection, although not always in the larger cases. The sandwiches are not GF, but they are apparently very good and generous (my BF loves than). We usually end up chatting with the owner about beer and cider.

This is a beer and wine store. The staff is fairly knowledgeable on their inventory. Everything else they have is a bonus. The steak and cheese is very good. Definitely the best in germantown. (Living in germantown for 23 years now). I'm upset that I didn't give the "beer store" a try on their food before. But now I know its great. Also they have a decent selection of cigars. Mostly prices are average, some items are a little bit more expensive but I am not complaining.

First time there I had a sub some gum and some candy the price only came up to under $12 but when they say beers and chairs is not just beers it's other kind of alcohols it's it is Bill to capacity if they could let the boxes touch the walls and the ceilings is probably more in the back everywhere there was alcohol boxes and bottles and cans and the prices are right on point I would be willing to leave my home to come all the way to Germantown just to pick me up a little something something

This place has a really awesome atmosphere and the food is really really great! If you’re looking for a solid place to drink and have some good food this is the spot!!!
