Honestly, This Place is the best with doing shots and vaccines!!👍👍. 10/10🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. This facility can probably be the best to go to get your shots done in town!! I love how the pharmacists are 100% determined with giving patients shots and they’re very patient and careful with people, I love it 💕💕. They one of my favorite targets too 🎯 🏬. I give them a complete 5 🌟

Very rude staff and takes hours to just give pickup medication. The lady in glasses is very very rude. I was just talking to my son and telling him we will take some time to get food and she was rude do you think how much time i will take to process your request. This kind of person should be fired from her job.

This CVS frequently has the pharmacy drive through window closed due to lack of staffing. It will often take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to fill a prescription from the doctor. The pharmacists are unable to answer questions actually. I received a medication and asked if it needed to be refrigerated. She told me it did not need to be refrigerated. Once I arrived home and read the label I saw it clearly said to store in fridge.
I have also received the wrong medication from this pharmacy.

Just leaving the CVS located in the Target in Germantown. We accidentally went to the wrong CVS location for my daughters 2nd COVID vaccine. The associate initially checking us in was less than friendly but then another associate interjected when we asked about them accepting us as a walk in, instead of us leaving to go to the other location. She very rudely sad “NO! We can not accept ANY walk-ins! We are at capacity!” It is okay that we had to go to the other location. It was our mistake that we were to the wrong location. Her attitude and lack of customer service was the issue. She could have politely told us the same thing. The associate at the CVS in Damascus however was wonderful.

Lack of professionalism and concern, I’ve had the tech out right lie to me. There is a particular pharmacist who I do not trust, that’s not good 😔

Lazy pharmacist wouldn’t fill my prescription 35 minutes before closing. Would give a zero if I could.
