Great UPS Store location. Busy after 5pm which is the definition of common sense. Andy and staff are very polite, always helpful and kind. If you have a meltdown being rude to UPS employees, you should seek professional therapy

We have had a mailbox here for at least 10 years. We have always been very pleased with the customer service. We have all of our packages and mail sent here. When we travel Andy will forward our mail to us. Obviously the store is too small for the amount of business it attracts and Covid restrictions have made it worse. To address the complaints of the disgruntled..... buy a roll of tape and don't be so cheap and petty. Seven to ten dollars for a cup of coffee and you squalk about a dollar for someone to tape a box for you. Buy some tape and bring your package ready to go and service would be faster. The employees work hard and are very efficient and multi-task well. There has been a help wanted sign in the window for weeks now but like other businesses they are not getting applicants that customers would approve of.

We have had a mailbox at this location for five years and have received nothing but respectable and professional service from the staff. Mr. Andy is an exceptional gentleman, rendering consistent courteous customer service to everyone. Ms. Nikki and Mr. Obi offer friendly; yet strong work ethics, each time we are customers.

Unlike a few other UPS locations I had a great experience at this small location. Keep up the good work team. Women lifting heavy boxes like pros. 👍

Effortless and quick service from pleasant staff members. Both ladies were very helpful, the taller young lady was very patient with me and they work super fast! I would recommend this place over the competition anyway, ever over other ups locations as well. 💫💫

Came in on Saturday 2 weeks before Christmas. There was a small line but the wait was under 10 minutes. Really liked they enforced social distancing. Was fortunate to be helped by Kel who was patient and very helpful in assisting me ship several Christmas presents. His upbeat attitude was infectious and made the process stress free.

This UPS Store representative worked hard and fast, single-handedly to keep the line of customers moving. I had to ship a fragile item and he suggested the appropriate packing materials and packed the item for me within minutes. I would go back to this UPS location anytime!

Excellent customer service. The staff at this store are the best in Customer service. Each time I get in that store I am treated beyond my expectations even when I end up not shipping with them, they will still be respectful and that to me is a MUST!!

I came here during a holiday weekend to ship an item back before its return deadline. I don’t remember the associate’s name who assisted me, but he was very helpful as I arrived without a printed return label on hand. Good customer service - I would come back to this location.

The young gentleman there were extremely helpful. They were able to help me find the best way to ship some family belongings across the US. Although the line was long you can see they were doing their best to get everyone in and out of the store while providing the best customer service they could! Thank you Obi and Ek.

Stopped by today to have something notorized. As I waited in line I noticed how friendly both reps were. I found them to be efficient and eager to assist every one ahead of me. My total wait time was minimal. My experience at this location so far has always been positive.

I had an great experience at this business Andy was helpful and very patient. I was worried about sending a package the most cost efficient way and he took the time to try a couple of boxes and even cut the box down I decided on so my shipping rate would be lower. I will be back for any and all my shipping needs!

Wow first of all I’ve read these “complaints “ and I’m just shocked . This ups in Germantown has the most loyal customers ever with the most friendly employees ive ever met. Andy calls so many people by name , he makes us feel so special . The only people over here complaining are people who are crying over $1 tape. This is a private business, a franchise. How do you expect him to be dishing out tape like it’s not expensive? 29 reviews over the last 5 yrs complaining about tape? Over the thousands of people who come, you guys are being petty. You sound like children. Grow up and package your own stuff . Sounds like a bunch of evil bitter adults trying to get one over on a Small store owner .

Quick, friendly, and professional. All around good experience so I went out of my way to leave a review they deserved. Shipped a 65lb tire for me and made it easy!

There were two employees there. I was greeted by both with smiles. I was just there to drop off a prepaid package. I literally walked in, was able to drop off the package, and walk out. In and out in less than 2 minutes.

Nicky was very helpful and understanding. You can also use the computer to print your shipping labels for a dollar. Would definitely come here again.

This is my favorite UPS store always accommodating. They with packaging and very friendly. I always go to Nikky although they are all very nice.
