Harris Teeter

Great place to shop. Savings are off the chart when it comes to Harris teeter weekly discounts on thousands items. But you must get there VIC card to save money on things that are discounted. Very good customer service. I never had a problem returning unwanted item or exchanging . 99% of the times Service is quick and fast never have a line longer then 2 or 3 customers. I haven’t shopped another grocery store since I discovered Harris teeter.

This is my normal grocery store and I’ve had good experiences so far. Been going here for about a year mainly because it’s the closest grocery store to me. Staff have been very friendly when I have to interact with them. Only complaint is sometimes the produce department is a little understocked.

He loves people. He loves his new job! When he came home after his first day, his self esteem, self confidence and self worth were soaring. He was literally dancing around our kitchen celebrating with joy his new job. We are so happy and proud of our son.
Michael knows almost everyone who works there and many customers. Some customers move over to the cashier where he is bagging groceries because they are happy for him too! Inclusion of people with disabilities is a win-win for not only the individual employee but the employer as well. Thank you Kay, Alan and Margeaux and Harris Teeter for helping to allow this opportunity to happen! You have now made Michael's dream come true!

I wanted to recognize three employees who always go above and beyond. Nate, Tim, & Charlene at the Harris Teeter at 14101 Darnestown Road in Darnestown, MD 20874 are outstanding and deserve recognition. They fill my prescriptions accurately and promptly. One time my doctor sent a prescription to my old pharmacy, CVS, by mistake, and no problem they retrieved it to Harris Teeter and had it filled in no time. I even had one of my friends transfer her prescriptions from Walgreens to Harris Teeter. I appreciate them all so much. What a GREAT team you have. Thank you very much.

I discovered these folks during the pandemic — I primarily shop online and I highly recommend using their ExpressLane service. The folks are really good at figuring out substations and communicating with you about the order. I really love these folks. Thank you!

We shop here regularly. The customer service is great for the most part, even though there’s only 1-2 registers open most of the time. I like this store because it’s barely ever crowded. Produce is always fresh and the store is very clean and organized.

Very good food and I would like to thank one of the employee who was new to sandwich made a very tasty sandwich.
A note- I have never tried sandwiches of this type and I am new to this region.

A high end grocery store with full service. Full service means there is no belt. You give your cart/basket to the cashier and they unload, scan, and bag your items. The store is well stocked, clean, and beautiful. Of course the grocery bill will be higher but for some the trade off may be worth it.

This is the best store with a great customer service I have ever come across the staff are friendly and helpful I recommend you folks to shop here.

Great store, always well stocked, and clean. A little pricey, but buy it on sale and save. Easy checkout with the latest self scanners. Ample parking and seldom crowded. Worth not having to drive into heavily congested Gaithersburg.

Clean, spacious, well laid out, high quality fruits and vegetables, great high quality fresh bread options. Went after a soccer match at the soccer complex on way home to Potomac as the Potomac Village does not have good grocery store options. Shopping at Harris Teeter is an enjoyable experience!

I love Harris Teeter as a whole, and this location is not exception! Everyone there is so polite and helpful, it's always clean, and it's easy to find what I need. The only issue I have with HT is how buggy the self-checkout can be, but the workers there are always quick to assist. :)

The stuff at this store is very polite and helpful. Many times I am looking for special meats or vegetables, and they never mind going out of their way to satisfy the customer needs. They always have farm products and deals on needed items.

Awesome grocery store! Great deals 24-7, great customer service, spectacular breakfast, lunch and dinner bar. On designated days of the week, they have like a huge delicious $7.00 pizza. A huge sub day great price, OMG, Thursday ... Prime. 11:30 am prime rib day. Two very generous cuts of prime rib with two sides of red potatoes and vegs. Oh yeah! And so much more... senior citizen discount...

A wonderful neighborhood store I happily visit 4-5 times a week for my grocery needs.
The staff is friendly, polite & eager to help. I love their prices on organic produce. They have started to carry a lot more produce of late( ginger, bok choy, mustard greens,okra etc etc) as well so it saves me a trip to the H Marts & Lottes around town!!

I love this branch of HT. Their staff often remember me and my girlfriend's names. It's not too crowded and I can usually find everything I'm looking for. The quality of food is also very good.

Harris Teeter is one of the best store in the up-county area. The sandwich bar is excellent and you get quality sandwiches here.Quality of food and grocery is very good and at a reasonable prices. We recommend HT for all grocery and some food needs.

I would like to say Thank You to HT's bakery. We ordered a sheet cake half Strawberry filling and half Raspberry with a lighter cream and it turned out PERFECT! Our guest gave it rave reviews. I would highly recommend anyone using them...

We shop at your Darnestown, Md. store everyday. My son, Michael, has autism and he loves going through the check out line where your managers show him how the cash register works when no one is behind us in line.
