The service the best! The employee was generous and gentle when taking care of my package

It's conveniently located near our office, quick and easy, I've never had a bad experience there.

My go-to location for dropping off UPS packages, always treated fairly, employees are cool. Went yesterday to drop-off a package and saw a calm but challenging customer being helped by a representative who was answering her questions and concerns in the most collective manner. It was almost impossible to not hear the conversation, but i couldn't help but notice just how Michael, the name of the representative, handled the customer. Every concern they had, Michael answered it calmly. Michael had the patience of a statue dealing with this customer. bravo Michael for handling it professionally.

I've had a mailbox with this store for three years. As I moved to another state, or I will keep using their excellent service. The whole team is very awesome. Each time I went to the store, the staff greeted me and my family members. They are super nice, friendly, and always ready to help. After I left Madison, I had several delayed packages delivered to my old address. They spent extra time taking care of the forwarding packages. Here I just want to say thank you to Alex, Micheal, and the whole team there (my apologies, I forget the name spelling of another two young men, they are super great as well). I also realized the owner of the store changed this year while their service is as great as previous. If they could read this, I also want to thank the previous staff -- Jenny and Jay. The whole team makes me miss Madison and Wisconsin so much... So I would love to recommend this store to other customers who need UPS services.

I'm a frequent visitor of this UPS store and sometimes have lots of drop-off packages. I could say this is the best UPS store so far. The staffs here are always nice, friendly and willing to help. During the COVID days, they follows the CDC guidelines and everyone wears mask. I also want to specially thank Alex. When I have big drop-offs, he does great help for carrying the boxes. And I feel that Alex is very happy and energetic at work :).
I would highly recommend the residents near by for doing business with them. They are professional and reliable! This is a great location as well.

Had a great experience here today shipping some Christmas gifts. Sasha was a huge help with finding some festive mailers and mailing all of my items to their various destinations. Can easily say this was the best experience I’ve had at a UPS store ever, don’t hesitate to give them your business.

I just want give praise to the young man at the counter working alone yesterday, Monday on Aug 15 at around 4 pm. He displayed unfailing professionalism and gave undeserved courtesy to a woman who was very rude and demeaning to him... Monday at that hour in the afternoon is very busy for a business like UPS when people are queuing up to drop off their packages to be shipped off on time. On top of that, the surrounding road construction and traffic does not make customers anymore patient... Myself and my fiancé unfortunately witnessed this woman's behavior towards the employee and were completely shocked. Honestly, if she had spoken one decibel higher with her words and attitude, most decent and civil people would have considered her a “Karen”… Please people, be kind, courteous and compassionate towards those who work hard to serve and assist you. We are all humans. Anyways, shout-out to that young man!

Wonderful store!! Excellent customer service and very careful packing of a fragile item! I stopped in, in a hurry, on my way to the airport because I'd bought a beautiful hand-made drum on vacation in Wisconsin and was afraid that it wouldn't fit in the overhead compartment. I quickly explained the challenge left it with them to pack before I caught my flight. They checked me out quickly with minimal fuss. I just received the drum today -- when I opened the box, it was packed beautifully, better than I would have done myself. The person who packed it took the time to hand-cut cardboard shields to go on the top and bottom of the drum, and did lots of layers of bubble wrap etc so it arrived perfectly. Thank you for the care you gave this item!

Alex was wonderful today! I made a few mistakes today when I tried to provide my address, Alex was very patient and took time to explain how the prepaid shipping label works. I greatly appreciate his help and enjoyed my experience at this store today!

I'm not normally one to remember to write reviews, but I had such a wonderful experience with this UPS store today, I just had to! They went above and beyond to help me with a simple printing job and I really appreciate the kindness of the employees here - especially Dylan.

Fantastic service and gracious customer engagement for international parcel pack and shipping. Keith and team were exemplary in packing up family heirlooms including fragile porcelain coffee set and framed photos for shipment to Melbourne Australia. Keith sent photos of team packing items and had all customs documents in order for fast, seamless delivery to Melbourne. Every item was carefully wrapped and arrived undamaged. Thanks so much for handling my family treasures as if your own.

Friendly, fast service & attention to my shipping needs

The store was set up for CDC guidelines for COVID -19 protection which made me feel at ease. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and polite. I was able to drop off my packages and be out of the store in under 5 minutes... that’s efficient! Very thankful they were open!

I was greeted promptly and inquired about a specific bubblewrap. When it was discovered the type of wrap I needed was unavailable at this store, Alex directed me to another nearby store location, calling ahead to alert the employees there. The service I received went above and beyond my expectations. A very positive experience!

Professional and exceptional Pack and Ship service. I have requested a last-minute service at this UPS store to move my stuff from Madison to Philadelphia. They were making every effort they could to meet my urgent needs. The staff picked 10 boxes at my two different places, packed them in the economic way, and delivered all of them on time, during holiday hours, without any damage. Keith was especially exceptional. He always kept the customers needs in his mind. He coordinated the moving process, suggested the best way for packing, and created the best plan ways to save money. This was a really good experience for moving, and I strongly recommend this store if you have future moving needs.

I sent an online print job to this store. When I went to pick it up, some of the images weren’t as clear on the page as they needed to be. Ellen took time to sit with me play with printer until we got them looking stellar!! Thanks for the help and great service! Will definitely be back soon!
