Went in several months ago. Through a fluke the games we bought weren't in the cases went we finally got around to wanting to play them four months later. The we being my wife and I.

We went back, explained the situation with the receipt and they took care of us. Great customer service and very kind people. Don't mind the extra drive for that kind of treatment by a wonderful staff.

Great Selection, Employees are very nice and knowledgeable! Just wish they opened up the store earlier but I know that’s a corporate thing not employees fault. Awesome Store!!!

Joe helped me put together a Nintendo Switch package for my son. I purchased a screen protector for it and he offered to put it on for me. His customer service was above and beyond. Great job!

Wonder if people know that the employees have no control over what Google says their time is. Everytime I've called and asked what time they open/close its always been 11-8 for the past year. Other then that they've always been super nice and if they didn't have something I was looking for they would locate it for me at another store or offer to order it for me.

Had a great experience two days in a row, with two different employees. Both very knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. Set me up with a new switch and a few games the first day, then today they started the memorial Day special! So I was about to get 3 new games for a very low price. 10/10 I will be giving them more of my business! Thank you!

The young lady tending the store tonight was fantastic. She knew and called customers by name, remembered what systems they had, made sure they had batteries and was just all around friendly and welcoming.

The manger is a woman and we didn't know her at all when we first started buying and selling games here she's helped us out numerous times and since we always buy the little Pokemon stuffed animals that are in the store for my 1-year-old daughter she gave her all the Mario posters that they are taking down and we're going to throw away talking about the huge movie theater size posters she gave them to my daughter thought that was really cool also she's always really nice!!
and the other employees as well haven't meet one yet not friendly also the manager is so nice and she's become friends with my girlfriend so we will arrived 5 minutes before the store was going to close one day not aware the store hours had changed she let me in anyway I browsed for like 15 minutes she was patient & didn't get angry or anything and then just politely told us that their store hours had changed any other places but like I'm sorry we're closed come back tomm lol lol things like this are duely noted thanks GameStop in Harstlle you guys and you're team rock man

I like Game stop because they have all sorts of interesting other things in there besides just games! They also but phone if any kind, games and game systems.. even old ones that don't work. They usually have a awesome clearance rack that you can get gifts off of for yourself or someone else! Check it out..

elite membership is totally worth what you get. its luke 15.99 or close to that and u get a free 5.00 coupon every month. so thats 60 bucks right there, not to mention you get the gamestop reward points that you can trade in for coupons. i buy my steam cards for pc there and end up saving alot. so even if u dont use hard copies of games like me, its still worth buying your digital currency there for the points and 60.00 a year in free coupons

It's the only and best place to buy cheap goof games.the return policy is the biggest scam I ever heard of.that part sucks

Best gamestop in the county. Always real nice and helpful people at Hartselle gamestop. If they dont have what you want they can get it sent there from another place. Highly recommend if you dont shop online. Check their sales bcuz they sometimes beat Amazon's prices especially on used games.

The people that work here are always kind the one thing I wish game stop can do is expand the store so they can have more stuff inside
