I don't understand the bad reviews. Never had any issue with my prescriptions and miscellaneous items. The employees have been helpful too.

Ion really know what these people are talking about with their insurance and whatnot but its really easy to get hot pockets from here and they have squirt so it's perfect to me.

Idk why this cvs has such negative reviews customer service was top notch. Alonzo made sure the pictures I wanted were printed perfectly and although there was an issue with the printer, the overall experience was made better by his reassuring nature and attitude.

I went to pick up a prescription for the first time at this location and the employees were so kind and helpful. Even the manager checked on me and went to the back to make sure they were getting my insurance cleared. Amazing staff!

I went in to get a few things today (9/11/13). Sharon greeted me within one minute of entering the store. She was happily talking with employees and customers. She asked me if I was part of the Beauty Program at CVS. I told her I did not think so. She explained the benefits, enrolled me, and earned me a 10% off coupon. She also showed me how to use the coupon center so that I can print out any of my current rewards coupons (because who ever remembers to bring in an old receipt with new coupons printed at the bottom). She was excellent!!! It was so refreshing to experience such GREAT customer service. I think everyone who came in and left the store had a smile on their face due to her demeanor and pleasant interactions. Please keep up the wonderful work Sharon! I wish more companies in todays market could return to the value of a truly positive shopping experience. I cannot wait to return again! Kudos Sharon and CVS!

I have been resident of Germantown for more than 25 years, and all my pharmacy/store needs have been satisfied with good customer service, good quality products, and prompt and frienly customer service...overall its been a very good experience through out the years. I have no complaints, but compliments. keep up the good work CVS pharmacy!!! :).

Came here to use the one free 5 dollar cosmetic item offer that I received by text. I also had a 3 dollars off cosmetics offer from email. Coupon Center machine was out of order. Got 2 concealers (both on clearance) for 42 cents.

AMAZING SERVICE FROM THE ASSISTENT MANAGER; BUT THE PHARMACIST, WAS TERRIBLE; I MEAN IT!!; JUST TAKE A LOOK OF ANOTHER PEOPLE , IT IS RIDICOUSLY AWEFULL.

Visited the store for some headache pills..got a variety...Store Associate Mr Washim was so helpful in finding the correct segment and also in billing....a great place for all my healthcare items under one roof...Very happy to be a loyal member of this Store.
