The Cosmetics Company Store

Came to this store today. It was my first time shopping here. The prices are so good. Great sales. Customer service was really good. Really nice and helpful employees. We will definitely come back to shop.

I had called and asked if they had a product. They said 'yes'. I drove over 30 minutes in a rainstorm because I needed for a trip. When I got there they said it wasn't in stock. They made a mistake. Huge disappointment! But the way the store manager Sherisa Mitchel and her staff tried to fix it was amazing. She hunted for my number and called me to apologize. Mailed me my products. Just amazing customer service! I will definitely be going back ! Thanks cherish!

The Clarksburg Outlets location is a fantastic store! Amazing service, knowledgeable staff, that not only uses the products but also really knows the products. You can tell the strore is well run, kudos to the management team!

I don't know why everyone is being so negative about the staff here. Maybe there has been a change of management in the past year. I had never been in this store before and both of the woman who were on staff were super helpful! the first girl told me the sales and after I spent a lot of time wondering the store, the second girl was really kind in helping me find a concealer and lip liner that looked nice.
The sales are great and I will definitely be back!

Store has a different powerful positive energy because of staff. They are all absolutely fabulous. They are very knowledgeable, attentive. Their customer service skills are on point and they makes shopping for makeup an enjoyable experience!

I love this store. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Sherisa is always takes the time to help me color match my foundation and makes great recommendations. They have great deals on name brand makeup.

I went into the Cosmetic company store today and had the best time. Sherisa and Lauren were so helpful and gave the best customer service. I only went in for a lipstick but I came out with $150 work of make up that I got half off. They had great deals and were super nice. I will definitely be back.

This Cosmetics Company Store in Clarksburg is the best. I think most of the people here are giving bad reviews because of the company's No Return/Exchange policy on items that are on sale. Then multiple signs stating the policy...too many if you ask me, but from reading some of these other reviews I guess that many signs are necessary.
If your issue is with the company policies than you should contact their cooperate office to make changes. You cant blame the workers for doing their jobs.
The prices are great and the staff there are always so helpful and nice.
Here are some helpful tips:
1. Check out the sale signs before checking out.
2.As a company they don't color match foundations but the Clarksburg store always offers to help.
3. I think shipments come on Wednesdays ( but I could be wrong).
4. They dont always have all colors for certain products so I would call first. (Especially if your driving far).
5.You cant buy more than 5 of the exact same product. ( I don't know why this is but whatever)
6. There is a maximum spending limit per customer. I think it's like $700 or $800. Just ask someone there and they will let you know what it is.

The staff is great! I've had a great time and bought a few more items because I was having fun. This shop carries brands under the Estee company like Smashbox and Origins. The deals are fantastic.

Love this place. I can always find what I want everytime. Top brands like Tom Ford, SMASHBOX, Mac Cosmetics, Too face, Clinic and so much more....Best deals are usually during major holidays. Good service always!
