Always love our local UPS store! We have had a business mailbox for over a year and we are always greeted warmly by the staff. Staff are very knowledgeable, speedy, and willing to help. I recently placed a printing order and the owner, Padma, kindly called me due to some of the images being cutoff before printing the full order. He printed some test pages for no additional charge to make sure it looked good. So grateful for our UPS neighbors!

I routinely use The UPS Store for mail shipment and passport photos. Excellent customer service. I had always found the owner and his employees taking extra care in packing items. Also seen the same great service rendered to all other customers. Very amicable person. I would definitely recommend the The UPS Store.

Always friendly and quick service. Seems alot of the poor reviews relate to Amazon returns, that they make pennies on. I don't find it difficult to make sure the package is properly taped and ready to go.

I come to this particular UPS store rather frequently because of the contract my company has with UPS to ship our products, and I have never had an issue. Really friendly, knowledgeable staff. I absolutely recommend this store for anyone who has any shipping needs, this UPS store will take care of you.

You have to use the UPS store on Stringtown...great service, friendly employees that know you by name! Did you know you can drop take your documents to be shredded there? Only $1.00 per pound! Support your local businesses!

This is my go-to UPS store even though there are 2 other locations closer to my house. The owner is very knowledgeable and can help you with whatever you need. He really knows what he's doing, which is why I come here when I need to do anything that's not just a simple drop off. The newer young lady is also excellent, she can run the entire store solo on a busy weekend in the middle of a quarantine, keeping ca under pressure!! They are totally worth the extra driving time.

The one thing that is not great about this store is the lack of parking. The lot is tiny, few spaces, high traffic, no street parking. But I still come here because I know my business will get done.

It’s a hit or miss in this location with the service rep. He can be cordial at times but today I went in to return some packages but did not tape the returning labels to the boxes. He told me either pay one dollar each to tape or buy a tape. I was literally appalled. I would think it would just be a service instead of trying to make a buck. I was a fedex last week and they taped up my return label no questions asked.

Update: I revisited the store and my visit this time was pleasant. The service rep remembered my encounter and explained to me that he thought I needed boxes to be taped which he directed me to purchase when what I actually needed was the packaging slips to be attached to the boxes. We cleared up the confusion then and there. Thank you.

The lady working here is very kind and she helped me out a lot to get my fingerprints done, she kept the store open beyond the closing time which prevented me from making another trip. I highly recommend this UPS store

They get busy at times and frustrating as you wait in line but the owner is always there hard at work hustling to provide the best possible service. I mean common people...if the rent wasn't so high, this guy would be able to hire additional help but I give him a lot of credit running a successful small business in our community.

I normally have boxes & tubes 50 or more. They just scan my labels for drop-offs and i'm outta there in less then 2 mins.

i was worried going to this place after seeing the other reviews. Maybe I got the one good employee. She was super nice, quick with the transaction and boxing all while being enthusiastic about being at work.

Quick, professional and clean, exactly like you expect from a UPS Store. Of the different types this is on the smaller end, but still offers all the normal services.
