Stefans Soccer

We came in and were attended by Yahaira. She was very patient and very helpful. My cleats caused some pretty big blisters on the backs of my heels, and we came in wondering if we could get them refunded since I had only worn them for 3 days. Yahaira took the time to talk to the manager and even call the owner of the store to help us out. After we got the news that we could get an exchange she helped me find a new pair and even helped get a custom insole. Not only her but the rest of the staff were very kind. They also offered advice on how to treat my blisters, what I could do to help prevent them, etc. Overall it was a very good experience, the best I’ve had there. This being thanks to the staff.

I do not know why I mess with going anywhere else. As a parent I find it much more difficult to find what I need for my child than I have ever experienced as a player. Stefans really hits all the things you want to see with any store. Great service. Knowledgeable staff that plays the game. They consistently have the inventory without having to have it shipped ever single experience. They service full teams, clubs, and of course the individual. It is just an enjoyable experience every single time. If you are new to the sport as a parent you should skip your searching all over for that perfect item. This place will most likely have it.

Kevin was a huge help in deciding which soccer boot to pick and was patient as well in helping me try out different options.
The store has a good collection, and if you’re a fan of a particular soccer club like me, you’ll find something of your taste likely here as well.

These folks are awesome. Local, friendly, clearly love the game. Online order and pickup is great. So is shopping in the store, which always has highlights or games playing on the TVs (including women’s games). I also love that they carry branded apparel for local teams - hats, shirts, etc. Skip the big stores; go to Stefan’s.

It's a good store with plenty of selection for fans of teams from leagues all over the world. A helpful staff and you can often have kits ordered if they aren't in stock. They do an excellent job with the official lettering on kits for $30. Plenty of playing gear as well and I think they have discounts for most local clubs.

We had a great experience getting my daughter sized for her uniform. The young person who helped us was kind, helpful, patient, and developed a great rapport with my 4.5 year old. Looking forward to shopping again.

I recently stopped in with my young son and had the pleasure of working with Marlena while I was there trying to get him some cleats. She was fun, knew what she was talking about and I was happy to bring my business there. Great local place!

I walked into the store for the first time a few weeks ago and everything was great! All the employees I encountered were fun, knowlegedeable and easy to talk to. The selection is awesome and it was nice knowing that I was shopping at a smaller, locally owned and operated business as opposed to a larger, more corporate company such as Dick’s etc.

Great experience at Stefans Soccer in Madison. The staff took great care of me and were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend going there for your soccer needs. If they don't have something in stock they can usually find your item from one of their other locations and have it sent to their store asap. Shout out to Connor, Thor, Mario, Steve and Adam for taking care of me. I was there a few days in a row to exchange indoor/turf shoes and will definitely be going back. Cheers!

Came here to buy our u4 kids uniforms and gear. They were more than helpful when it came to their small size. Told us that whatever they didnt have in store, that they could have it shipped in. We were able to find things for them so it wasnt necessay. They have something for every fan.
