My 8 year old wanted Crocs. We stopped at Rack Room to see if they had any, and yes, they did. The gent working there helped my son get the right size. The young lady at the cash register tried to get us a deal on a second pair, but the type my son wanted didn't come in kid's sizes. I do, however, like that she tried her best.

Excellent customer service, highly recommend this as your first stop to see if they have what you're looking for. Prices are great, no complaints.

My mom and I went looking for some comfy and stylish sneakers which we were able to find and got a good price on too. From the moment I walked in, the sales team was very helpful and patient with all my many questions. Isaiah in particular was a delight to meet and extremely helpful with a (masked) smile and easy laugh. I will return and recommend this store as a one stop shop for your shoe needs.

Miko was an outstanding sales associate and a true professional, he was very helpful in showing me exactly what I was looking for, and had the patience of a saint.
