I purchased 2 pair of light linen slacks over the phone 2 weeks ago. Two days after was my nephews wedding in Az. I will edit my review when I can remember the awesome sales persons name who was so kind and through and shipped my pieces in a jiffy. she was super.
I flew in on Friday and those slacks were at my hotel upon arrival. They fit and my out fits for the weekend were smashing. I only wish bryn walker had a list if shops that sell the product.
the only way to find one is if your zip code is near a shop. But whos to say I wouldn't drive near and far to buy some light linen bryn.

I wonder how I can access that list.
I feel like the website is not user friendly. it has no end to a means.
Why look if you can't even ring up a shop and buy a piece your looking for. I don't really get that. it seams so very counter productive. The lines are always lovely but kept hidden to the consumer, so I wonder about that.

Downright rude. I called to ask a question and before I even got my name out the woman who answered abruptly said she was with a customer and that now wasn't a good time. Then she hung up on me. You can bet your ass that I'll never be a customer!
