Had an issue with a phone from another dealer, Graham and Alana went above and beyond to get me a new phone with all the latest deals, highly recommend this location

Heaven was great, she took me in last minute and got me a great deal on a brand new iPhone, she explained everything very well and made it quick. If you have anything phone related go to her. She’s the person to go to for quick, fast and easy service!

They are always really nice. I really love HEAVEN that works there. Always polite, greets you with an open door and and smile and she is awesome and on point with her Job.

Verizon store was so incredibly helpful. He went "over and beyond" to find the type of phone I wanted. I had been into Verizon before and was told what I wanted did not exist. She made no effort to check with anyone, nor to research it.
Several months later, I came again, and this time Joe was the rep who helped me. He went the extra mile to find the phone I wanted, even though it was an old phone. He will be my only Verizon rep going forward!

Just upgraded 3 phones at the Pine Island location. I can’t say enough about how helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant Joe made this experience. He answered all our questions and patiently walked us through every step. We all walked out the door already using our new phones. I would highly recommend working with Joe.

Heaven and Forest were amazing I went in during a tropical storm because my phone stopped working and they went above and beyond to help get a new phone and keep all my info. I can't thank them enough! Great customer service from both of them!!

Greg The Great was amazing!! He was courteous, extremely helpful, kind, and very patient. He worked with me on my horrible situation and made it a thousand times better! I came in with a completely busted phone, no hope and looking for answers.. He made everything all better, gave me the help I needed, and I left feeling satisfied. This is the second time ive been here and the first time was about a 1 for satisfaction,with that being said. Greg the great! Greg was an awesome salesman, customer service person and went above and beyond for us! He took the time to explain everything about Verizon’s plans and services, made sure we understood everything and had a chance to make an informed decision. We left Sprint after being with them for many years and feel we got a much better plan than what we had previously. I would most definitely recommend Greg to any of my friends or family that are looking to get new service or to switch to a different provider!

Let me just say my first experience at this store was very quiet. I walked in and not a word from anyone, so I left. When I arrived the second time I was greeted at the door by Jenn Cranes. She brought me inside made sure my three children were comfortable and began trying to come up with a plan that fit my family. The plan was very helpful to take home and review considering we were switching from a different service. Once my family agreed to try Verizon out, we were greeted once again by Jenn. Of course making sure everyone was comfortable, then hooked up our phones in a timely manner explaining everything to us!!! Highly recommended calling and making sure she is there to service your needs!!

Excellent service! Isis was very nice and helpful to me. She helped me fix my phone. I'll definitely come back to her if I need anything else or any help!
