The best B&BW service and selection I’ve experienced! Friendly, welcoming atmosphere most impressive, positive change in atmosphere from previous visits earlier last year. Employees seem happy to be at work.

Alyson Miller is the Bomb of customer service. She seems to be there and ever so helpful when I shop at the Loveland, Colorado location. She sets the example for the rest of retail. I wish there was an Alyson Miller at every retail store. Give a major pat on the back to her. She goes out of her way to be very helpful whether finding something, your app on your phone, or sharing the sales she is the BEST!

Super friendly staff with good knowledge of what is actually in Ste store and some nice hints about what is coming soon! I actually prefer to come in instead of shopping online, even if prices are lower online, because of the staff.

The workers are always ready to help, whether you can’t find what you’re looking for or you just want a recommendation on a product. Very nice location with even nicer employees.

This is my go to place for scents that create memories for different reasons in different seasons. There is a scent for everyone.

Nice employees, ordered the sale items online, and went in to pick up my order. The order was ready. There was not any pressure to purchase more. They made sure that I had the complimentary clear bags and ribbons for the items I purchased as these are gifts for my employees for Christmas.

This location was beautiful! I would also like to mention a worker there named Hayley! She was literally phenomenal! I came in looking for a new scent that smelled fresh and beautiful and she handed me (Lakeside Morning) and I literally screamed it was exactly what I was looking for! The candle was a match made in heaven! It was literally like Edward meeting Bella for the first time 🥺💞 anyway! This location was great I highly recommended! Ask for Hayley!

I love this place they have great sales, and the associates are so nice. I love the semi-annual sales in January and June.

Really good experience there today! And usually every time I go! I was able to return some soaps for a different scent that I had gotten for Christmas at no charge. I wish their checkout was in a different place it's a little crammed because it's in the back of the store and can get hot if it's busy. But have had really good luck with the staff there.

Returned two bottles of shower gel, one opened, one sealed, which I had purchased on line, having taken a chance on the fragrance. Bad choice on that particular fragrance. Oh well..... The local store was more than happy to exchange with my online receipt. A very nice and informative sales gentleman took care of me. He even took time to sample candle scents. I purchased two, three wick candles. Great experience!
