The UPS Store

I came in yesterday afternoon to do a few Amazon returns , and I was already having a bad day but Destini helped turn it around for me with being so helpful and so fast with my returns. I’m so thankful that the ups store has such nice and understanding employees!

Ease of returning items. Friendliness of staff, especially Elizabeth! I’m a regular customer shopping often on Amazon.

Prompt and knowledgeable service. Very clean and organized UPS Store. I could see my time sensitive package is already departed towards the final destination.

I read several bad reviews about this location, so I thought I’d give my two cents - I’ve been here a few times and have received nothing but great customer service! They were very nice, very polite, super helpful, and incredibly patient! (Quick Note: Screenshot any return codes you need because the cell service here is non-existent)

Shipped a package the other day and Cameron was the one who helped me. She was very kind and thoughtful throughout the whole thing made sure she handled the package with care. I would come back because she made the experience so much better.

They were fast and friendly.
