CVS

In today’s environment customer service is so bad that I always like to share positive feedback when I receive quality service. I went to this CVS over the weekend and I needed help developing and transferring photos from my phone. Anna, was working behind the counter and she stop what she was doing to assist me through the whole process! Anna showed what excellent customer service looks like. She went over and beyond and for that I’m thankful. She deserved to be recognized. She was friendly and professional. These characteristics are missing from a lot of businesses and I’m so glad to see some people still have good work Ethics. Thanks Anna!!!!

I have had so many bad experiences here from problems filling prescriptions to some of the workers being just plain rude. Today tho a worker named Ariana (I apologize if I spelled it incorrectly) helped me today over the phone and was just amazing. She was kind went above and beyond in helping me and giving me information for the future when filling my sons prescription that he needs daily. At first I thought I was going to have to pay out of pocket due to insurance not approving. She called got it switch to the brand name so it was fully covered. On an average day I would give this place a one star if that but the 5 stars is all because of her!!! I wish they had more workers like her, most of them would of done nothing and just told me I needed to wait or pay in full. She was extremely helpful.

I’ve been to CVS Norge 4 times today. The start was rough with two very unhelpful and rude techs. However tonight I am crying happy tears because Deysha finally took the time to review my situation and help me understand the process. Thank you Deysha. CVS Norge needs more folks like you or to promote you to trainer/manager! Thanks!!!

Stopped by here the last 2 days. 1 for the pharmacy and 1 for photo pick up.

First, the pharmacy staff was excellent and so helpful. They were crazy busy and the young lady helping me was so great! Super happy and calm for as crazy as things were.
Today I had photos printed. By mistake i had not updated my name in the cvs app and was telling Chase the wrong name over and over. He even grabbed the phone to call the other store right before I realized my mistake. Chase was really patient with me as I continued on like an airhead. Thanks for the help! Such great staff!

Always helpful and friendly!! Always have what I need, I just love CVS over all the other pharmacies. I think it’s the nicest one in town. Well stocked and clean!!

my husband is on alot of medictions and we did run into a problem with one of them but thanks to Amanda we got it figured out. We have had no problems with getting meds from them. You also need to know the details of your pharmacy benfits as with medicare your deductable starts over so your copay may be higher . They are busy more people have moved uop our way. I would not wait if you are down to one or two pills as they may need to get a response from your doctor which may take up to 48 hours. All in all they work hard and are pleasant.

CVS is short-staffed, busy, and behind. With all of this, we had a great experience because of Ashlee. She was kind and her customer service is stellar. Mishaps will occur and systems will crash and all any customer desires is great customer service and a kind attitude. CVS is blessed to have Ashlee in Norge, VA as a part of their team because she exemplifies these very things.

On 3/13 I had an appointment to receive a COVID vaccination. Including the 15 minutes to sit and wait after the shot, I was in and out in under 40 minutes. Check in was electronic via text, the check in person handed me a vaccination card, there were seats 6-feet apart set aside just for those being vaccinated, there was a lady with a clip board directing people to the vaccination area, the woman who vaccinated me was efficient and fast, and there were more seats set aside for recovery. Whoever set this process up deserves a couple of gold stars.

I had some issues with a high cost medications. Brian (pharmacy tech). Ran my prescriptions through some savings plans and had my $250.00 medication dropped to $70.00. This was not even something I was aware of and I want to compliment Brian for helping me so I didn't have to choose between medication or food this month! God Bless all who go the extra mile to help each other.

I ended up with a sinus infection while on vacation in Williamsburg Virginia. I went to this CVS to get my prescription filled. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Fast and friendly service! Great experience, I would go back, no complaints.

This is the best CVS I've ever gotten my prescriptions filed and pick up my personal and hygienic supplies from. And the pharmacy and employees are out of this world. Cindy is the best.

The pharmacy is always so helpful and kind. The ladies today helped me reduce the cost of my prescription and I am so grateful for them!! Thank you again!!

This is the best cbs in the area (Williamsburg Va. The employees are friendly and store very clean compared to others.

Staff is very polite, professional and helpful. They are always slammed. Make sure you go when you have 30-45 minutes to spare
