The absolute worst customer service. I actually started going to other 7-Elevens in the area over this location…, and I live next to the Outlets. Two registers, and at least four employees working, yet there’s only one register open for a line full of customers. This is a common occurrence at this location and only this location. TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO PROVIDE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!! And that moping a floor while there are 6 customers in line waiting is bad customer service when that staff could open a register to help waiting customers.

I went to this 7-Eleven to buy lottery tickets using the self-serve machine. About half way through, the machine stopped printing my Pick-4 numbers (at approximately 6:44pm on 11/27/2023), because it was out of paper. I informed the clerk, and she said it was nothing she could do. I had a $19.00 credit still in the machine, so I asked her for a refund of the credit and she refused to do so and stated that her manager was not there and she did not have the key to open the machine to replace the paper. She further stated "maybe you should buy something else", as she was not willing to resolve the problem and just refund my money. This left me with no choice but to either buy scratch tickets, or walk away from the machine, leaving my $19.00 credit there. I believe she herself is probably the manager (an Asian lady), who has been there every time I'd go to that store to buy something. Stores are suppose to refund the customers' money when this kind of thing happens. By the way this is the same store that doesn't like to cash winning lottery tickets over $100. They got me, but it won't happen again!

BEWARE!! ILLEGAL BEHAVIOR & SCAM HAPPENING HERE.

When this 711 opened up, I was so excited because there is nothing else nearby to grab something quick to eat.

I stopped by last night with my family like any other time and as we got to the register we saw the employees fussing over another customer. Being curious, we got closer and we noticed that this customer found a CREDIT CARD SKIMMER on all of their card reader/payment terminals. This skimmer looked exactly like their original payment terminal except its a bit larger to fit over the original ones to fool unsuspecting customers.

The more shocking thing was the employees weren't shocked that the customer found it and was more upset he was taking it off and refusing to insert his chip into it. I am not going to point fingers at the employees working but PLEASE be careful how you pay here. I would highly recommend only using contactless pay and even that I am skeptical about.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

I was excited for this new 7-11 to open because it’s more convenient for me based on where I live.

The location is convenient, the store is clean and the people that work there seem nice enough.

My main complaint is that many times they don’t have food late at night, like what’s the point of being open 24hrs?

Also I cannot stand that they try to “force” the consumer to buy two slices of pizza. Why can’t I just get one? They make the food self serve but only set the containers by two slices. One of the cashiers mentioned it’s the same price for two in the app, so I reluctantly went ahead with two, although I only wanted one, just to get to the register and have to use my points for that savings.. very misleading and shady to me. Beware
