Charged a Tesla here and got the best surprise - super friendly staff - Neff is the best! - and yummy, yummy chicken. The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy on the inside and a crunchy, not too-thick coating on the outside. Just wish they had this chicken in Hawai’i as a plate lunch option.

I love the fried chicken here. They are fresh and juicy. Family package has a decent pricing and many options. The fried potato is so good.
Staff are helpful and friendly. Rusuo helped me with the coffee and the chicken order. She's professional and has a spectacular customer service skills.
Coffee here is really good and there are many options and flavors for you to choose.
The Tesla super charger is also here. It's good to grab some drinks and/or food/snacks when you are waiting for it.
The has price in this gas station is also reasonable.

Went in late night and staff was extremely nice and polite. However, the chicken was a bit dry. Would have preferred it more juicy. Not much to complain though, it tasted great.

Great experiences here. Staff is awesome, especially the guy in the pic that someone posted. He’s so kind, he gave my daughter free range to pick out candy and paid for it.

Exceptionally clean and well stocked. Chicken and western fries looked incredible and breakfast croissant is had was freshly made and delicious!

Delicious! I live their spicy tenders! I get gas there all the time since I actually have tap to pay and finally got dinner tonight not only did we get it ridiculously fast it was really good too.

Excited to finally have Royal Farms here in NoVA. As far as chains go, IMO their fried chicken 🐔 is crispy and delicious. I rank it up there with Popeyes, and then everyone else is just average. Also Tesla Supercharger is available for added convenience.

It was kind of a long time for me to actually go in here after they opened just because of the environmental impact of that new shopping center.
I will say that I am usually patroning the location at night just before 10PM. Won't say things are always 100% perfect - though that's anywhere - though the people are generally friendly and respectful. Didn't initially like the fact that you have to check your own purchases when a cashier is standing right there watching you do the work - though I will say having four registers helps when it gets busy.
Food is good though a bit expensive - I will say they are fast at getting your order ready for you.
So overall I would say I can recommend this place - lot of fuel pumps and parking and a lot of products available from hot food to cold food, lottery, alcohol, yada yada yada.
Recommended.

This place is always awesome! They have the best chicken around and are always friendly. If you have not had their chicken, I recommend you try it.

Their sandwiches and chicken salad are also excellent.

Excellent store. Clean neat. But they are always short on staff. And the same people cooking the chicken are running the counter . So around lunch time always a wait to get any type of customer service

The dark chicken sandwich here is absolutely amazing. The people who work here are also extremely nice and helpful, and it's one of the few gas stations I like coming back to for food!
