Great customer service from Faith and Mohammed. They helped me with finding my wipers and helped me put them on in the drizzling rain. So appreciative of their generosity. I’ll be back because of them.

Staff is very helpful. Guy even volunteered (and I accepted) to install the wiper blades I bought. Painless!

Chris was great, very helpful and got me the battery I needed. The second I bought the battery, it started raining outside. Pouring. I said we should wait for him to replace the battery, but he instead insisted on getting me on my way and put on a raincoat to come out and change my battery in the rain. The guy is a class act, thank you Chris for getting me back on the road!

She helped me changed my car battery and gave me some great advice for my new car battery health. My cars battery had lots of battery acid, which made it difficult to change but Sarah got the job done.

This autozone location always has great staff who are always ready to help. Been going to this location over the last 4 years for a multiple of my auto needs and they always help me find the right part. they also have a good stock of loaner specialty tools which helped me save a ton of money.

The folks here are always super friendly and helpful. A while back, they took back an item and refunded me fully for something that I had damaged and let them know it was my fault, but they told me they appreciated the honesty and would take it back and refund me. Haven't had a bad experience yet.

I had to get a battery replaced and to put it mildly, it was an extreme pain in the backside to get the battery out of it's housing and replace. The staff at this location would have been well within the scope to say they couldn't do it, jumped my car and put me on my way. The staff there is extremely friendly and clearly take customer service seriously. From the moment I walked in, the associate made me feel he was happy that I walked in and you could tell he was eager to help. He got me the correct battery and got his manager involved to help me install it. Andy, the manager, went above and beyond to get the battery installed and insure everything was working properly. I cannot thank him enough. I will be shopping for ALL of my auto needs at this location SPECIFICALLY. Thank you Andy and team!

I believe his name was either Anthony or DeAntoni but he was the man. Exceptional customer service, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped swap our battery in the cold even though the corrosion made it a lot more tedious to work with. I hope corporate gives him the recognition he deserves.

I wanted to thank the manager of Autozone! We had 2 clerks that were not helpful when my mom and I were recommended to them to find a battery terminal for my mom's van. They pointed us in the direction and stated that they don't "help customers put them on" My mom and I were in the parking lot to figure it out when the manager Andrew Robinson came out to help. He was patient and kind. He had to return to the store several times to get tools to help. He should be commended for his customer service!

Shirley (manager) was an amazing help when my car broke down. She spent over an hours helping me to diagnose a broken charge pipe, and then personally was assisting under the hood to try and get things working. Knowledgable and helpful staff!

Bryan H was exceptional in assisting me with a car battery issue. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and focused on completing resolving my issue. As a result, AutoZone will definitely be my first stop for any future auto needs!

With COVID restrictions Advance Auto stopped doing the auto computer testing but AutoZone still had it. I wish I remembered the guy's name that helped me but he was nice and understanding that I had my 3 year old with me. Such a clean store as well!!!

Extremely good service. They know everything you need to know about cars for diy maintenance. We're very helpful got me the items I need and helped walk me through on how to use the code reader for the car
