Severn Caravan resort park

Fantastic place to camp, allows tents, campers and vans. Lovely scenery, remote but within driving distance of several shops and villages. Owners so helpful and camping rates are really good. Toilet and shower facilities are immaculate.

Excellent time, spacious room and facilties.

Highly recommended for a group.

I can’t praise this site enough… staff are so great and so are the residents, always an offer of help, so friendly. The site is well maintained with the river Severn running through it… great if you want to fish either the river or the on site fishing pool, which has several pegs and a lovely setting, well maintained. Lovely walks and only a 5 minute drive to Welshpool town, so very handy to stock up. Great place… highly recommend.

Beautiful place to stay. We had the tent right on the river. Toilet and showers always perfect.

Fantastic week. Owners are very nice. Site is clean. Toilet block is clean and well maintained. Great for welshpool/ Newtown. I am returning September see if I can get any fish out that river. There is also a fishing pool on site so can fall back on that. There is a good phone signal but only WiFi
at the farm.have a great time.

This is a great little site, clean showers and toilets, plenty of open space for the kids to explore and play.

Stayed here for 5 nights in the school holidays. Perfect setting on a working farm! The kids LOVED it and everywhere was spotlessly clean and well managed by the lovely family that own and run the site. John and Mel couldn’t have done enough for us!! Facilities are great. Will definitely be returning.

Been coming on here for years and my partner has been coming on longer than me my kids love it here, the staff are most friendly always cleaning the toilet blocks and showers , grass cutting and general maintenance my partner has took it upon him self to maintain the pond with him being a keen Fisher man. In the warmer weather many memories are made playing in the river or even just having a laugh with long time friends would recommend to anyone.

We only stayed one night but the host was friendly and welcoming, the pitch superb and the facilities spotless. We hope to return one day.

Tranquility at its heart is this amazing caravan park and tourer site. Very good facilities that are kept clean and tidy. The owners made us feel welcome right at the start and nothing was too much trouble. A great base to explore local attractions such as Powys Castle, steam heritage line from Welshpool or a 90 min drive through spectacular scenery to the coast. Perfect for all tastes. Highly recommended site.

We have stayed at this site several times as other family members have caravans there. It is well run by John the site owner. Lots of space. The river Severn runs at the side of the field. Good clean toilets and showers. There are Elsan disposal points in each field plus water supply. The site is a mixture of static caravans and touring vans and motorhomes. Pitch with electrical hook up is £20 a night.

Lovely campsite with toilets and shower blocks cleaned daily...... My tent was pitched right next to the River Severn.... Seasonal residents and owner very friendly and welcoming.... 5 minute walk to the local pub and amenities near by.... Would definitely recommend to others.

This place is amazing! John and his family have kept the parks charm and family feel alive for generations of families. The river Severn rolling through the park has helped build fantastic memories for 100s of families. Great value and great atmosphere.

Excellent caravan and camping site. Have stayed on many sites in my years of camping and this is a top ranking site. Site owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. Child & pet friendly my children grew up on this site making many life long friends and now the grandkids have the same privilege 100% recommend

We have been going to the site for nearly 30 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. The site is always clean and tidy and the owners are friendly and helpful.
