Seafood salad is fresh and well seasoned, loved it in this hot weather. Pasta Alla vongole just ok, if you want pastas go for the simple homemade tomato pastas, our neighbors were loving them and looked tasty. And you can definitely eat with a spritz, it is good just as it should be.

A place that kindly took us in for dinner even though we didn’t have a reservation. The food was tasty and great priced and the service extraordinary with the lady at the counter being gracious and kind. Ps. No WiFi

Excellent gluten free options - including pasta! (I didn't listen much past this 🤣) half expecting another salads list.. but was certainly not the case. Bag of breads for each table and I was delivered GF bread!

The atmosphere was amazing - the staff extremely friendly, attentive and funny! The desserts were to die for... No GF brownie in sight. Pistachio cheesecakes, a chocolate tart thing and Panna cotta to choose from. Both the Panna cotta and cheesecake were delicious

We had a very nice dinner in this restaurant. It felt relaxing and quiet with good, fast service and tasty food.

We made dinner reservation for tonight after reading the reviews on google. I must say that the quality of service and food exceeded our expectations. We sat outside facing the river. The view was amazing and the staff recommended sea food dishes from their menu. It took us a while to find the place but it was well worth it. A crown jewel in Varenna.

Chanced upon this as it’s very close to our apartment, food was superb (love the seafood pasta!) and service was excellent! Very reasonably priced too!

The restaurant is located in a cute little alley and if you sit outside you can have a look at the Lake Como. The service is very friendly. It's a bit pricier than other restaurants around the Lake Como but it's worth it! The food is very delicious and good quality. It's the best restaurant we visited during our vacation at the Lake Como!

What a BEAUTIFUL find. We got there at 2 even though they shut at 2.30 for a little. The staff were lovely and attentive and the food tasted fresh and delicious 😋. It hasn't got a view of the lake like the other less obvious restaurants but that didnt matter at all as this cosy place makes up for it with a full flavoured simple menu. So happy we found it ❤

Had the eggplant parmigiana and a tomato pasta dish. One of the best pasta dishes and the eggplant parmigiana was out of the world! Would highly recommend! It’s away from the crowds and still a beautiful view of the lake.

This was the best food my family and I had during our stay around Lake Como. A little off the water so you won't get that lakeside view, but the food is worth it. One thing I realized is that this is where the locals go to eat.
I got the fried calamari and shrimp and everything was cooked perfectly. We also ordered the salmon and steak and it was all beautifully made.

Best meal in Varenna and Italy so far! We loved this restaurant and found it by chance on our last night. Food was absolutely perfect and the service was divine. Our family of four loved it!!! Thank you.

This place was great! We just stumbled upon it. Lovedvtgat you can sit outside on the steps! Loved Varrena !!! Waiter was so nice. Bathroom was immaculate. Loved all of it and can't recommend enough.

The ambiente of this restaurant is soo amazing. We were able to sit on one of the three tables outside with a view to the sunset and lake. We had some fish dishes that were absolutely amazing together with tasty wine and self made Limoncello afterwards. You should reserve in advance if possible although we were lucky with our spontaneous visit. 100% recommendation 🥰🍷🌅 thanks to the very nice staff! 💛

The three of us just dined here and the host was most welcoming in making a reservation (a lot restaurants don’t take reservations). The food was amazing. We had the eggplant parmigiana, salmon, spaghetti with clams and ravioli. We finished off with the tiramisu and ricotta e pear. Absolutely divine. We highly recommend this ristorante not just for the food and service but the atmosphere and location.
