Relaxing environment for a massage. Paul is my favorite massage therapist. Relaxing music, soft lighting, heated table. I return each month (or more). First, Paul does an assessment, observing the way I'm standing, or favoring one sore knee or hip before he begins. And he asks how I'm doing so he can specialize the massage.

Some times he uses hot stones, other times cold therapy, to encourage the tight muscles to relax. His deep tissue massage has increased my flexibility and released trigger points. He educates as he relieves aches and pains, so I can continue the good stretches and healing at home.
The spa offers wonderful services and reasonable prices. There are even packages available with monthly massages, treatments and facials.

I have had a lot of dissatisfying color and highlight jobs and I had almost given up and started doing it at home even though I don't know how to; that's how bad my experiences were.

I had a friend of mine refer me to Lee and I was skeptical even with a referral. He put a couple of colors in my highlights and my hair was not brassy, didn't have bleeding spots, and best of all, the color looked even and natural! I couldn't stop looking at it in the mirror; I'm so happy!

On top of that, the people at the front desk were really nice and the locker room attendant brought me some really delicious tea while I waited for my color to process. Even in the salon, I felt like I was having a relaxing spa service, so I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Dr. Bundrick and his staff are top notch. After losing nearly 40 pounds, I wasnt able to get off that last little bit of fat in my chest and stomach. He was able to take off in just a few minutes, what would have took years to work off in the gym. My belly is gone and my chest is flat. Couldn't be happier with my results!

I'm very happy with the service I received at Premiere Dental Spa. Dr. Teneshia was very informative and professional. I will be returning.

I'm not sure where to start, so I'll start with the positive. The facial was phenomenal. That's the end of the good. The Massage was TERRIBLE and I mean TERRIBLE! WORST I'VE EVER EVER EVER HAD! I teach massage therapy and I'm telling you, this guy would NOT pass my class. Worst experience ever. My best friends little boy can massage better and he's 4!!! Pitiful!
The robes had holes in them, the staff was very loud and didn't seem to care that we were paying a TON of money to be in sessions. People walking up and down the hall clunking LOUD shoes and basically yelling. AWFUL! This was my 1st time to a spa setting because I teach chronic pain therapy. If this is what it's like, I won't go back to another spa. The ONLY reason I gave a 2 was because the facial was very good.
Awful waste of money for everything else

We came here four years ago and it was nice, they had a spa area downstairs with a locker room, sauna, jet tub, showers, and refreshments. My wife and I decided to come here again for a couples massage, like we had the first time and they had moved upstairs. So no more sauna area or any of that. Also, we wanted couples massages but were put in separate rooms, which isn't a big deal really but don't sell them as couples massages on your website and then your guests get a surprise when they're already there saying that oh no we moved upstairs sorry. I could hear someone running the sink in the next room when I was getting a massage. Four years ago it was great. Today, not so much. Their prices are the same and it isn't the spa experience we wanted. It feels like they cheaped out. I'd look elsewhere.

The last two times that I have gone for massages, the masseuse (different each time) talked to me. I left knowing too much personal information about them and their problems. It was very unprofessional. Also, the last massage was 90 minutes. I described tension in my neck as the main reason for being there. I was surprised when the 90 minutes came to an end and my neck had not even been touched. I will be finding an alternative spa in Huntsville.

This used to be one of the most well appointed spas in Huntsville. The female lounge had a hot tub, wet sauna and dry sauna as well as showers.

For the past several months, the hot tub has been broken. The wet sauna is neglected, dingy and smells like mold when you walk in. The dry sauna is working correctly.

There's a general aura of neglect that makes the expensive price tag undefendable. I still have pretty good massages here but I get the sense the place isn't as profitable as it needs to be and maintenance and upkeep is suffering.

For a $100 massage and automatic 18% gratuity, I expect the facilities to be in working and clean order. For now, I'm going to Terrame where the massages are less expensive and the environment is the same - they have a dry sauna too.

So So, The facility really needs cleaning and new robes and sandals. The personel were fine and did thier jobs, but management is just not keeping the facility up. While waiting in the waiting room I noticed the heating / cooling vents were extremely dirty to the point of almost stuff hanging down from them. The robes were dingy and sort of smelly not s nice smell at all. It convinced me not to get another massage or pedicure at this place again. Not sure what the health rating was ? Never saw the inspection/rating sheet.

I had a horrible experience at this spa. I called in advance to get the balance on my gift card and was told it was $70 so I made a massage appointment. When I went to check out the very rude receptionist told me the card was not valid for a massage treatment. I used the same card in the past for a massage for me and my husband. I don’t know why today was any different . I offered to pay the $55 that I owed minus the gift card amount and she wouldn’t take my payment. She would not let me speak to the general manager and told me to call him or her Monday so I left and she stole $70 from my credit card. I will not be back to this spa and will pursue getting my money back. I did not authorize a charge to my credit card. I offered payment of the remaining balance after the gift card and she refused it. Thisp incident was ridiculous and very unprofessional for such a supposedly high end establishment.

My experience at this spa was less than satisfactory. I figured since it was a more upscale spa that I would only have positive things to say, but I was very wrong. I went to get one syringe of Restylane. The doctor examined the structure of my face then proceeded to prepare injecting. First, he did not clean off the area he was injecting. Second, he did not wash his hands or put gloves on before touching all over my face or doing the injection. To no surprise because I have sensitive skin, the very next day I broke out in the same exact spot he touched. While injecting, he was sitting on a stool while I was propped up in the patient’s chair. I’m no doctor but I’m pretty certain that as the injector, he should’ve been standing to get a clear view of exactly where and how much product he was injecting. Lastly, he did not massage or smooth out the product during or immediately after injecting!! Which resulted in a lump. It wasn’t very noticeable from just looking at me from the front. However, I could definitely feel it and from the side view of my face you could tell something wasn’t quite right.

I gave it a couple of days for the slight swelling I had to go down and to give time for the Restylane to settle in. Also, he put more than half the syringe on one side of my face and what felt like air in the other side because there was no difference at all. ALSO, the lump I felt was more so in the lowest portion of my check rather than the actual smile line where it should’ve been. I’m assuming this was due to him sitting during the injection and not having a clear view of what he was doing. 10 days later, lump is still there. I went back to the office and all he could do was offer to inject another syringe for $100 off. I declined the offer because I refused to spend any more money at that spa. Do not go here to get fillers.

Dr. Marlow at Infinty Med-i-Spa fixed all the issues I had.
