Hyatt Place Huntsville/Research Park

One of the best locations for a vacation in Huntsville. My friend and I stayed here ( April 23-30th 2024) and it was a great experience! Jayla who works the front desk was an absolute pleasure! very kind, helpful, always smiling and made us feel very welcomed! I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The staff has been very pleasant. Excellent location. Within walking distance of shopping and various restaurants. It is also a smoke-free hotel that serves breakfast and has a small bar near the front desk.

Good hotel with close proximity to the arsenal and several restaurants. Stayed here a week for a work trip. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Breakfast was the same thing everyday. Overall check in and out was very fast with the app. I had no issues during my stay. Would stay here again for a quick trip to HSV.

Stayed here three nights for a work event. The room and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was good although very crowded at peak times and they struggled to keep up with the food and coffee demand.

The general area is great with an easy walk to good resturants and shopping. While this is a big plus, it is also the one downside as the area is pretty noisy at night with cars reving engines, people around making noise etc.

It was a great place to stay! Hotel was clean, smelled great, and had great amenities.

Location was good, around most of the attractions and only a few minutes to all of our activities.

Staying here for a family trip to visit space and rocket center, which is 8 min away. Very convenient. The hotel is literally next door to a mall, a lot of eating choices. One thing I liked a lot is the (two plugs) onsite Tesla charging (9.6kw). Strongly recommend for anyone visiting the space and rocket center. A supercharger station is also a short drive away.

The same consistently good hotel and rooms that I expect from Hyatt House. It is a no frills hotel but very comfortable and convenient.

Nice hotel.
The room was clean and comfortable. I love that it's in walking distance to Bridge Street.
Bonus points for the mini fridge and coffee maker in the room.
I also love the sitting area and the little divider between it and the beds. Recommended!
I'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with my family of 5 while in town to visit the space and rocket center. Tae at the front desk was super helpful and kind, even coming up to my room personally to fix an issue with the toilet. That man deserves a raise. Room was clean and spacious, bed comfortable, breakfast solid and pool area really pretty.

Very nice, close to food, and very well situated near the base! Very nice stay!

Stayed four nights over Thanksgiving weekend. Very clean rooms. Breakfast was very good in the morning. The open mall across the street was awesome. Lots of shops and restaurants.

I've never had a bad experience at the hotel. Rooms have always been clean and staff is helpful. Walking distance to decent food options is a big plus as well.

I will be honest. I normally stay at the Westin, but I'm so glad we stayed at the Hyatt!!! We had a blast. The service was amazing, and the clerks at the desk became like family for the time we were there. Keont'e and Tiffany both deserve a raise!!!! Amazing and so kind to our entire family. I will for sure be back.. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Fantastic Hyatt Place. Fans of the Hyatt brand will enjoy this hotel. It is an newer Hyatt Place design, right next to all the action. EV chargers are first come first serve, and were available after we came back from Top Golf. I like how this Hyatt Place has several different room types. Some include a dinner table, kitchen and could be considered a Junior Suite. Front desk offered free water due to Hyatt status, and was quick to check us in. Everything is very clean, although if you are picky - the pavement leading to the automatic doors at the entrance could be power washed so that it continues to have its brand-new look. I wish every Hyatt Place had this newer design. Highly recommend this location for people stopping overnight or looking to enjoy the surrounding area.

The location was perfect. We were positioned in walking distance of shops and restaurants. Close to the highway and the colleges and space center.

My number one like was the kitchen staff who went beyond the call of duty to accommodate our dietary needs and restrictions by preparing food that allowed us to eat a full breakfast instead of just fruit.

We'll be back when we visit Huntsville again!

Great location within walking distance of a very nice shopping/dining complex. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. As a bonus, they have the best breakfast of any hotel we have ever stayed in. Dont miss out on the jowl bacon if you have never had it.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Fantastic front desk service. Outstanding fitness center! Great location. Really enjoy the proximity to so many restaurant options. King room is very spacious. Clean. Well kept. Really like the bed and pillows. Have been getting Great sleep. Nice bath towels and really like the shower. Only negatives are the walls and doors seem a bit transparent in that you can easily hear others. I am a hard sleeper so it doesn't bother me while I sleep, but when not sleeping it is really easy to hear other conversations. Also, not the nicest facial tissues or toilet paper, rather course and not soft at all. The negatives would not stop me from staying here again or recommending others stay here. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel!!

Everything we hoped for! Clean, comfortable, spacious suite for 3 😁 Breakfast was amazing. All of the employees were super friendly and welcoming, especially the front desk.

Me and three friends stayed here this weekend and this was probably my best experience with any hotel I’ve stayed at. The ladies were so awesome through the whole stay. Mahogany was awesome with us ! Everything was very clean and smelled good. Breakfast was really good. No complaints what so ever.

Nice hotel, very clean and friendly staff, hotel was busy with lots of people staying on the night we were there, however breakfast service wasn't able to keep up with the demand/number of people and there didn't seem to be much of an effort to ensure things were being replenished quickly enough. Unfortunately people have places to go, and things to do and having to wait around for breakfast items/coffee to be replenished really doesn't help. That said, the breakfast items (when they were available) were all of excellent quality.
