Metropolitan MetroLux 12 Theatres + IMAX @ The Promenade Shops at Centerra

I’m pretty picky about movie presentation, and I’ve been to several “imax” theaters in Colorado including amc Westminster and Colorado mills, and I *think* I prefer this one above those. In contrast to another reviewer I did not find the imax logos distracting while watching the film. I no longer feel the need to drive from Fort Collins to Westminster etc to watch IMAX and I am very happy about that. So props to them for their imax renovation.

What a nice theater! Prices are good. Ticket prices are competitive. Popcorn and drink prices are cheaper than AMC. Love the new IMAX theater. Great seats! Heated recliners! Audio is superb as well as the picture quality. This is my new go-to IMAX theater.

We’ve been to this theatre several times bc we are local to Loveland. The seats are amazingly comfortable.
You need to download an app to order food or drink. The website is easy to navigate for your order. Then the order magically appears with everything you just ordered!
I went with my wife and two of my kids, ages 14 and 6. We all had a great time and watched the show on a huge screen in a comfortable seat.
The seats are incredible bc they have a button that adjusts them to recline. VERY cushy and I felt like we were watching the movie with the comfort of home.
The bathrooms were clean and well done

Parking is fairly easy
I’d recommend this theater to anyone wanting to see a movie in comfort with servers bringing a fine selection of tap beers and food. We got the pretzel bites and the beer cheese soup for dipping and it was easy to eat. Soft and full of taste.

I happen to love the amazing audio quality and high volume.
Brand new 2023, This is the most impressive IMAX experience I have been to. John Wick 4 was a great movie and every detail showed. Northern Colorado just got a huge upgrade to the cinematic experience.
Let’s not forget the new recliners with heated seats. Bass you feel and the best overall surround sound I have heard to date.
Row C puts you at walk in level no stairs.
We were in Row D, which I thought was great, just below mid screen.

The quintessential movie theater. Spacious, comfy stadium seating (choose your own), hot buttered popcorn and no lines! Great sound, big screen and plenty of free parking. Even the movie was good!

First time here. Drove double the distance, compared to our local theater, because they had a movie that no one else was hosting: The Wolf of Snow Hollow. Attempted to purchase tickets online, but they weren't available, so I called and asked if they had reserve seating, which they do, but there were zero tickets purchased so she assured me that we wouldn't need to worry about it. Only 5 tickets were sold for the showing, and it was nice to have the place to ourselves (very entertaining movie btw, a real sleeper)!

Their seats are comfortable and do recline. They do have entire rows blocked out during the pandemic, and will block out the seats to the left and right of your seat(s) for social distancing. Their "welcome back" concession prices are fantastic! They will give refills (unlike most theaters these days), and they do a military discount!

They can deliver food to you in the imax theater. They also have also have electric reclining seats with heat if you chose! Nice seating throughout. They also have plenty of workers to get you through the concession line quickly. They seem to keep it clean also.

A very clean theatre with comfy recliners. They are close to needing new upholstery on them though! Staff was pleasant and snacks were of great variety!!! No real butter though😔, for my popcorn!

Very comfy chairs if you choose reserved seating The chairs in the non reserved theaters are dreadful. Reserved seating costs a little more but it’s worth it. It is very easy to get refunds on tickets if for some reason you can not go see the show you bought in advance. I think I like this theater a little more then the Fort Collins theaters. Also, They have great popcorn

I hadn't been to this theater in awhile and they have done some nice renovations. It was easy to check in for the movie and their concessions was quick and well organized. I saw a movie in their IMAX theater and it was so comfy and nice! Reclining sears and all that. Great experience!

Went to watch the super Mario movie here and me and the family had a great time. Had some to refund a ticket in the beginning because I had one person not show up. The staff and manager made sure I gotten take care of with speedy results. Popcorn was cooked perfect the seating was amazing full lounge chairs with heated seats. Couldn’t ask for more.

Went to watch The Sound of Freedom. Heard about how the Movie theaters have been turning the A.C. off during this movie and thought it was a joke. As soon as the movie was over we stepped into the Barbie movie to see the temp was 15 to 20 degrees cooler in that room. I thought everyone was full of it and wondered why people would be saying it. It's real.

The staff is nice and the location is good. They need to remodel the theaters on the east side. The seat are worn out and make a lot of noise. The bathrooms had 2 out 4 broken in men’s room. I know Covid hit theaters hard but now it’s time to clean up. With the reply from the theater and their plans already in place to make changes I upgraded my review. It’s due to great leader that are concerned with the public’s thoughts and respond appropriately that make things better thank you for your time and letting us know about your plans!

Idk popcorn was good and I saw the new aqua man movie which was goated so nothing to complain about

I’m impressed with this place. We made a mistake when ordering tickets. When we ordered tickets we accidentally ordered them for the wrong day. We didn’t realize that until the day of the movie when I went to retrieve them before leaving for the theater. Anyway, we called them and spoke to a nice young man named Sawyer. He told us to come in and he would try and fix our mistake. Upon arriving he realized he couldn’t just trade them out for a different showing. So he proceeded to call his supervisor (I didn’t get her name) and they literally gave us free tickets to come back and see a movie at a later date. That was super nice of them, being the mistake was on us, and not them. The theatre we were in was nice and comfortable, the popcorn was fresh and everyone was very nice. We will definitely be back.

We saw Oppenheimer on Wednesday, August 23rd. Excellent movie, although the sound was very loud. We both left with a headache.

Good theater. Not the best food options. I like their pretzel.

Good theater with some. Nice updates. But some of the seats in the older theaters need to be replaced. Still best in northern Colorado and they still do popcorn refills.

we came to top gun on opening weekend and it was PACKED. When we got into our theater there were already people in our seats so we went to find a manager. Luckily we actually found the assistant manager Nathan and he was so much help. Turns out there was this thing called a theater swap and he got us figured out and in the right seats. But once we got into our seats, they didn’t recline. Thankfully since Nathan stayed to make sure we got settled in, he jumped right on it and got down and dirty underneath the seats. Within 30 seconds of him messing around under the seats they were operating again. The management team here is fantastic! We had a great experience overall

Ahhh, the Luz seats are the best. I love seeing movies here.
