Shady Brook Mobile Home Park.

We lived here for a year and a half with our 2 young children and loved it. The owner is kind, helpful, and keeps the grounds very nice. Lots of trees and shade, which is wonderful. We would still live here if we were still full-time RVers. Monthly price is very reasonable.

Quite and peaceful place. Great place for short/long term RV tenants and most of the mobile home tenants have been there for years. The owner is a great guy and extremely easy to get along with especially for those who follow the rules.

My family has been staying in our RV temporarily. The negative reviews are confusing as this is a very nice place to live. The RV spots are really spacious for you to get out and play with kids or fur babies. All the neighbors have been really nice and are just working class people like anyone else. Cahil, the owner, has been very kind and honest. He surprised us with more gravel on our site one afternoon to make it easier to park 2 cars in front of the RV.

I use to live here and Cahil worked hard keeping this place nice. He's the nicest guy and if there was any problem he was always there taking care of it. I hated that we had to leave and I wish a lot more places took pride in their places like he does. Community storm shelter, paved roads, quiet place, very well kept.

Hands down the best place within 100 miles. Large spacious lots, Mayberry RFD environment. 5 stars all day

It is a great place to live. The owner is redoing the roads and adding a park and grill area. Also there is a couple spots he has new trailers moved in....

It's obvious that the owner is serious about maintaining a nice community to live in,nice country setting...

Great place..

I travel for work and with that I stay in a camper. I found this place through a coworker, at first I was skeptical coming to Alabama and being In a trailer park......
but after showing up seeing ither campers and meeting the owner (Cahil) I knew we would be okay . I give it 4 stars because the clean high pressured drinkable water, the lots are spaced out enough and graveled, the park is slowing getting maintained and it is the perfect spot( you're close to gyms, shopping, etc.).. Now only "bad thing" is, they are BACK in only lots(for the rookies) and the neighbors are somewhat permanent which it is a trailer park so that means you got curiosity of people possibly being around more than you'd like but nothing over the top, I just like my space and peace when I want it.

I would definitely stay here if I'm in this area and if you are interested keep an open mind and give it a try, better than alot of the campgrounds in the area, he just has limited spots. Thank you!!

The roads need a little work. However, it looks like a nice quiet park. I did like the picnic area

This place is great. It's my new home for the time being and all the people are real friendly. Would recommend.
