I’ve bought a couple of pieces from here (floor lamp, desk, matching chairs, amethyst geode, beautiful artwork) for a bedroom and office. I like going here from time to time to see what they have. Love the owners’ taste in furnishings and accent pieces. The owners are very nice, down to earth people. I don’t ever feel hustled or pressured to purchase. During the pandemic, I was considering purchasing a desk for my small bedroom since I was working from home. As promised, Cathleen let me know when the item arrived at the store. I went to look at it and it was a great looking desk, but I opted to go with a comfy recliner from another store to keep my bedroom a rest and relaxation space. She’s always so friendly and gracious. I look forward to the next time I purchase from here again. My most recent purchase was a beautiful mixed media wall art (lotus flower painting on canvas with open work copper framing). It’s something I’ve been wanting for a while and finally purchased as a Christmas present to myself. I love it!

My wife met the owners and fell in love with them along with their furniture. This small company is what I wish every company could be like ! Extremely friendly, excellent service, and they go above and beyond to satisfy a customer. Along with that they have extremely professional delivery people that make the entire process incredible. I highly recommend this company and business on Maui for anyone that wants high-quality furniture that will last a long time.

Amazing experience from the moment you walk in their showroom! Kathleen & Richard (owners) are very kind, knowledgeable, helpful and create by far the highest quality furniture on Maui. Kathleen was so kind to my wife and me when we walked in the door. We were greeted with a smile and they are no pressure sales. They explained how it was made from start to finish. We were able to customize our sectional from size and fabric. Kathleen listen to our needs & answered all our questions. Richard provided a quote within a day and we ordered shortly after. They kept us up to date throughout the entire process and Richard (owner) was even onsite with our delivery at 7:30 am. We highly recommend Kimo’s to everyone! You won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I have been couch shopping for 5 years, and we just couldn't find something we both loved and agreed upon. It was also important to us that we bought a quality item that wouldn't need to be replaced every few years.

We've always driven past Kimo's but were always too shy to stop in. After reading different reviews and looking at photos of the showroom, we finally took the dive and, boy, am I ever so glad we did! Although the price point was more than we budgeted to spend, we are DELIGHTED with our purchase. Not only is it aesthetic, but it is comfortable and well made!

Their customer service is A+ from the moment you walk in the door to the moment your furniture is delivered. When you're shopping at Kimo's you feel like you're part of their Ohana. (And, if you're really lucky, you'll get to see their hula dancing dogs!)

Love this place!!!! The furniture is beautiful and reasonably priced. We special ordered a couch and couldn’t be happier!! We have bought other furniture there as well that we love. They also have great artwork and accessories. The customer service is exceptional!! Highly recommend this fabulous place!!!

We purchased a sleeper sofa from Kimo's a month ago. We needed it urgently, as an order placed with another business had gotten delayed (again). I called and Kimo's gave me an accurate and informative description of their inventory (they have inventory!). We drove over and made our purchase, and they were able to arrange delivery the next day. (That's basically unheard of on Maui these days...). The couple who own the store were super sweet and knowledgeable, and are very present at their business. We are so happy with our quality, beautiful, US-made sleeper sofa. It was expensive, but you really do get what you pay for.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Cathleen and Richard. The customer service at Kimo's far exceeds any other furniture store on the island. They were kind, genuine, and very helpful. They felt like family, not like your typical sales folks. I purchased a beautiful sofa that I'm very pleased with. The delivery was prompt, the guys even took their shoes off to come in, which I greatly appreciated. I went back a second time to purchase an accent chair and a gorgeous mango console table, and the same high quality service was provided.

Not only is the customer service high quality, but their furniture is as well. I highly recommend Kimo's for your home furnishing needs.

Cathleen and Richard are incredible! They sell high quality furniture - very comfortable sleeper sofa and living room chairs. We also bought a pretty console table and a dining room table and chairs. They provide personal service and go above and beyond to make sure things are good. They also provide delivery service. The delivery guys were respectful and efficient!

My wife and I looked at every furniture place we could find on Maui before buying a new couch. After visiting Kimo’s we had a feeling we’d be back. The quality and customization options are unlike any on the island. All couches are made in the U.S. and shipping time is faster than any furniture store we talked with (only 4 weeks compared to 3 months at other stores).

Also, when you shop at Kimo’s you're supporting a local business (which is a big plus for us)!

Just moved here from the mainland, and a friend recommended Kimo's Furniture to us. It was the right move. We were so enamored by the furniture there that we almost bought the whole store (LOL). Store owners Cathleen and Richard were kind and wonderful to work with. The furniture we bought were worth the costs, and we have no regrets. A great place for quality furniture in Maui!

I just wanted to thank Kimo's Furniture for their exceptional customer service. I went into the store thinking I needed to buy a whole new sectional for my vacation rental because the queen sleeper insert was broken, but Richard saved me a whole lot of time and money by assuring me that a new mechanism could be purchased and installed in under a week, even with the holiday, and for a very reasonable price! The installers were very prompt, professional and polite, and they got the job done in under an hour. Thank you so much! Kimo's is my new go-to furniture store!

Richard and Cathleen here at Kimos Furniture are such wonderful people. They are so nice and down to earth and very helpful. Also the delivery crew is amazing as well. They were super careful with bringing in our sectional into the house and made sure they didn’t hit anything or scratch the walls while they brought it in. They were very professional and nice people to talk to and joke around with as well.

Bought a huge American made sectional from them 5yrs ago and to this day, it’s STILL going strong. These sofas are not your typical China made pieces of junk that you’d get from other furniture stores here on Maui that will only last about a month till you will have to purchase another sofa.

The sofas that Kimos furniture offer are top of the line when it comes to quality and they also offer custom sizes and options to meet your needs for your home. I bought a platform bed frame and tv console table (made from mango wood). Love the quality and worth the investment. Excellent, friendly. and professional service from owners, especially Kathleen, and delivery men. The men were prompt, efficient, and professional and set up the the bed frame and the tv console table where I wanted them to be. They even took off their shoes! Love the attention to details they had. Of all the furniture stores I’ve looked online and in person, I love their collections the most. Mahalo!

Wonderful local furniture store. Wide variety of high quality pieces along with beautiful, tasteful decorative options. As great as the products are (and they are!) the owners are even better; Informative, knowledgeable, helpful, and exceptionally kind. We purchased a beautiful sectional and Kathleen and Robert made the process so easy and Charlie might be the best salesman on the Island! Delivery and set up was quick and the delivery guys were great! Excellent experience at a special local place.

Richard and Cathleen are ALL-STARS! A late delivery would have been disastrous with visiting family, but Richard came to our rescue with a temporary solution! Back in Maui last April, we needed to update the condo's furniture. So, we went to Kimo's and discovered the best owners that any customers would want to work with. Their products are simply beautiful! It sells themselves because of their unique products. We went on a shopping spree!

I am from the mainland and we have a condo on the island that we completely remodeled in September of 2016. We refurnished the entire place with very tasteful furniture from Kimo's at a very reasonable price. They were VERY helpful in suggesting tasteful choices for us. Everything was delivered on time and looked great. We did have a problem with one of the coffee tables where the wood was splintering a bit they allowed me to swap it out with a new one when I came into the store. Fast forward to this January and the king size bed had some slats that broke. Despite Kimo's not even carrying the bed any longer and that it had been 18 months since it was purchased (out of warranty) Richard, the new owner, without hesitation had a person on his team go out to our place and fix the bed. Not being on the island it is so important to have people you can rely on and help you out in a tough spot. I will definitely only buy from them in the future and Richard is an honest person that stands behind what he sells. I cannot recommend them more highly and I am a very picky person that expects great customer service when I invest in quality furniture.
