Tanya Clinton The Assistant Director of the Housing Division of The Central Texas Council of Governments is making a difference in the housing department. Tanya is friendly and open to suggestions. When I asked Tanya to intercede on my behalf she asked no questions yet began typing - Tanya typed the letter that got me a reply in less than five hours. My email was basically ignored for over 13 days. This is harmful to your purpose and whomever is causing the phone lines to be ignored or go unmonitored must be admonished, thank you Tanya! Finally got the email thanks to your courtesy!

I've been with sec 8 for 4yrs and my counslor is Shiela Beltran. We email each other and she has always been good about answering my questions and getting back to me in a timely manner. I never call due to no one answering phones or when leaving messages. They are never returned. I prefer email. Counslors are busy and cannot take calls all day.

I'm 59 years old going to be 60 they're trying to help me with my rent and The woman there Carla was great I mean I never felt more welcome I was embarrassed you know in our life we all get embarrassed about asking for help but sometimes she just have to break down and ask for help but Carla was great I mean she made me feel comfortable and didn't feel embarrassed and she's like we'll try to do everything we can for you it's just gotten to be so hard times now that I can barely make it by

The employee at the Central Texas Council are a group of hard working people.They shows compassion and kindness to each and every one that they make contact with..The worker in lobby.are second to none of Everyone everyone was very respectful each and one.

My caseworker is Katherine Wagner and she is always so helpful no matter what the situation. Always upfront about everything let's you know what to look for before you rent so you won't be blind sided by anything.

They have helped me with housing for 3 going on 4 years now and I really appreciate all they have done

Got approved for my housing voucher people who work here are very helpful.

Contains VASH (Veteran's Assisted Supplemental Housing). I'm not sure what else, if anything if in the CTGOG building.
