The community is under new management and the new manager Bobbi is amazing at her job. The new management team has really gone above and beyond with the new improvements to the park. They have even incorporated a easy online payment portal which is so convenient to make rent payments. My experience at Midway is that it is Temple’s best new Manufactured Home Community!

Glad to see new management!! The road improvements and new homes moved in have brought new life to the community. Bobbi is friendly and easy to speak to. The community is convenient to schools, shopping, and restaurants.

If you're looking for a place to call home? Check out Midway. Community looks great!! New streets! New Clubroom! New Laundry room! They are even installing a new Splash Pad!

We have been here for almost 2 years. Maintenance Is very quick when you let them know of a problem. We have had no issues. The area is pretty quiet, and surprisingly calm. Called about a leak this morning, it was fixed when we got home this afternoon. We have had an overall great experience renting from here.
