AFC Urgent Care Temple

Visit went great, informative and professional provider with a friendly staff. Only criticism (and not the staffs fault) was I had religious worship songs played at me while in the lobby, on an AFC branded channel with AFC ads. Not a huge deal if it's regular TV, but AFC is clearly carefully controlling the content and to play religious stuff to patients assuming everyone is Christian is pretty insulting.

My son has had a cough for quite some time, he is too young to test for asthma, but we feel strongly based on symptoms and our research that this is the root cause. We went to AFC due to his cough becoming worse, we explained everything we have been too and were quickly greeted with answers. The staff was incredibly friendly and did so well caring for our 2 year old son. I wish there were more doctors staff like this! We will definitely use AFC for any of our future urgent needs.

I recommend AFC Urgent Care for any and all urgent needs. I was seen in a timely manner. All of the staff from check in to check out was very friendly. I was updated about my visit every step of the way and not just stuck in a room waiting. The doctor was beyond knowledgeable, very personable as well as professional. Coming here made my accident a lot easier to get through as the whole team cared and showed so much compassion. Will go back just hopefully not too soon!!

The doctor was super nice and funny. He seemed to enjoy his job and just seemed like an overall happy guy. Much different than going to Baylor where they act like you're bothering them and they can't stand you. I will always come here. Appointment was super fast too. Thanks for helping us!

It was easy to make an online appt. & complete the paperwork online. The staff was SUPERB! Kind, polite, friendly, professional and so lovely to work with. I’m from out-of-town, and they made sure the HEB pharmacy was convenient to get to and pick-up my RX! Outstanding team!

I get very nervous and anxious when I go to new places, but this was an awesome experience! The front desk lady was super inviting and friendly. The doctor was informative and made me feel comfortable. 5 stars for sure!

First time for me to use this care center. Excellence is an understatement 👍. They do know what they are doing. To me it is much easier to go here than going to the hospital where you have to be there for hrs being submitted to everything that is going on today. If you are a veteran that needs something taken care of now,☺, then this is the place to go. Located on the loop in same area where Cracker Barrel and Verizon is. Look at my pics and you will understand. 5 ⭐'s and 👍's up.

I took my 2 year son here (who has major anxiety about doctors) and he did AMAZING, all because of the staff. Everyone had smiles and appeared to be happy with their job. Dr. Miller made my son feel comfortable enough to check him and speak back to him without crying. At the end, they surprised him with a ballon. Best urgent care experience I've had in years!

This is a really great urgent care. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. Dr.Mills is a great Dr and is very knowledgeable.

They help me out with my paper work and they show me how put on medical boot . They answer my questions and gave me updates and on the finale finding from radiology. They were so kind and feel at home I would recommend them because my daughter recommended them me when she needed medical attention. Amazing experience compared to the local Hospital!
Not only was I seen in under an hour, I was also promptly given care and assisted each step of the way. The process was so quick and I felt very cared for, and the doctor answered every single one of my questions even unrelated ones. I will be making this where I come with concerns from now on!!! Amazing job by all of the staff as well.
