Belton Small Animal Clinic

After having to say goodbye to our girl at age 15, I cannot say enough nice things about how our time was handled. We didn't have anyone to leave out toddler with when the appt came so when we brought him and realized we'd be having to let her go, the staff volunteered to play with him while we took care of our dog's end of life. I'll never forget that. They didn't have to go out of their way to make us feel love and safety, but boy did they.

While it's difficult to revisit for our other dogs check ups, we decided to continue going there bc we know they only have our best interest at heart.

They have been taking care of my dogs since they were puppies. They have always been kind and professional. This last one was a mass removal from Bailey's abdomen. Dr. Hill explained everything that was going on and after care. I highly recommend this clinic.

We took our 3 dogs to get export paperwork done to PCS overseas. The team went above and beyond to be available at all times since there was a lot of complications on the USDA side of the process. Especially Amber was on top of everything and provided excellent customer service. Everyone was very patient and kind, even so we called and texted multiple times per day. Thank you.

It's always a pleasure to take my pup to Belton Small Animal Clinic. There was a room immediately available. The vet tech, Jayden, was amazing. My pup, Bitsy, will seldom let others pick her up but Jayden was very gentle. I love that all the staff at Belton are women. It's obvious that everyone's focus is solely on the care and well being of my dog.

I have been using this clinic for 7 years. Vets and staff are always great when caring for and answering questions about the care my pets need. When the EF2 tornado went through the area, I was worried about my dog who happened to be at the clinic. When I picked her up the next day I found out that a couple of employees had kept an eye on the pets in their care.

Yesterday we got some bad news that our Luv Bug has cancer. I can’t express enough gratitude to Dr. Hill and Amber for the exceptional care they’ve provided to our beloved Luvie during this difficult time. When we discovered a concerning bump on her paw, their swift response and thorough evaluation were crucial. Dr. Hill’s expertise and compassion, along with Amber’s extensive knowledge and support, gave us the guidance we desperately needed. They were not only professional but also incredibly caring, treating Luvie like their own.

I also want to extend my thanks to the entire staff at Belton Small Animal Clinic. From the moment we walked in, we felt supported and reassured. The team here truly goes above and beyond for their patients and their families. We feel blessed to have such a dedicated and compassionate group caring for our fur baby. Thank you all for everything you do!

They help me with my fur baby's needs, no matter what the out come. Even though I have one in heaven I know she was well taking care of by the loving clinic. Thank yall for everything.

The entire process was seamless. We were given clear and concise instructions and information regarding our kitten, Sailor’s, treatment. A representative even reached out days after her service to make sure she was doing well and recovering. We’re so glad we went to here for our little kitten’s care.

I originally gave 1 start because of everything below. The Practice Manager Jimmie reached out and we had a nice conversation and she really showed me that she cared and wanted to get to the bottom of the issues. I came back in and I will say that Apollo and I had a wonderful visit. Jimmie came out to meet me and she really showed me that her team cares. The visit was superb and attentive. Thank you to everyone there for changing my mind.

Called early in the morning to get prices for first round of vaccines for my puppy. Was told $34 for the office visit and 50.89 for the vaccines. After calling some other places for pricing I called back and confirmed the price with a second person. When they confirmed the price I said perfect and got on the waiting list. Around 3:45 I got the text to come in. Once inside the actual room I was surprised at how much they were wanting to do for the price. I asked if it was all included in the $34 and $50 i was quoted that morning by two people the tech started going over a bunch of charges and it ended up being over $50 difference. The tech was like well ok have a great day and ushered me out of the office. I had just enough to get everything done that day without have to wait for payday. I feel that the cost was not upfront and then the tech got very rude about everything. I love my puppy and want him to be healthy but I will be taking him elsewhere on Wednesday when I get paid because I was decieved and then treated rudely. I wasted my time and gas going here.

I highly recommend Belton Small Animal Clinic. I’ve been using them for a number of years.
Their daily waiting list to be seen is outstanding because it saves a lot of time.
Tigger was seen by Dr. Surber who is very helpful in explaining his health issues and providing educational material.
The girls up front and the technicians in the back all do a great job each and every time Tigger and I go to the clinic.

I can only say good things about this place. My cat broke his hip and they got him in for a consult and in a few days he had his surgery. He is recovering very well. They made sure he got his laser therapy and his pain meds and they worked with my budget. My cat is my baby. I'm so thankful to them. His scar is almost healed. He has a limp, but he's not in pain. Thank-you

The vet i was taking my pup to previously seemed annoyed or inconvenienced by my asking them to run certain tests to figure out why my dog had been having diarrhea for an additional week after having been treated for it already & advised me to wait an additional 2 weeks for her appointment. this was not a good enough answer for me & after calling around looking for a vet that could see my sweet girl ASAP, i was encouraged to give this clinic a try & thank God i did. the vet tech that helped us, Norina, not only listened to every concern i had, she also asked me more in depth questions to try & fully understand what was going on (something the previous clinic didn’t care to take the time to do). Norina, Dr. Roberts, & Dr. Surber all treated my puppy as if she was their own & were able to treat my girl for what was actually wrong with her. They also made sure to let me know if her condition doesn’t improve i can always call to speak to someone. I can’t thank them enough for treating me & my puppy with such kindness & compassion.
Despite some people’s disliking of the waitlist & how it works, as someone that works very wonky hours & never has a set day off, i really love & appreciate the waitlist option that they provide. The first time I brought my dog here, i was 15th in line & got seen in about 3 hours or so, which was VERY impressive considering they had 2 emergencies come in & i had assumed it was going to be an all-day kind of wait. i put myself on the waitlist at 9:30am & made it back home by around 1:30, so i can’t say thank you enough to everyone at this clinic that works in such an efficient manner, while still maintaining amazingly kind customer service.

Dr. Hart helped me with my pup. worked to get me in same day as she needed to be sceen. as always though once we got there pupper was fine though. Dr. Hart and her amazing Care techs were patient with Annie and gave her all of their attention when it was our turn. they were very loving amd professional as well as competent. I even got a follow up call a few days later to check on Annie. I think we have 100% found our nee vet in the area. I am very picky and calculated with the care of my girl but these wonderful people get have my full endorsement! well be back next month for shots and check up!

I was recently out of state when my fur baby had a midnight emergency and had to be rushed to the emergency vet, and belton small animal clinic took him immediately the next morning and diagnosed him with severe Gastroenteritis and treated him and gave him the medicine and support he needed. He was admitted for 2 days and I was unable to get to him and they even medically boarded him until I was able to make it back home to him. The Dr.s were amazing at immediate care and the main receptionist JJ is an absolute sweetheart, she kept me calm talked me through and was super sweet with the dozens of calls with me checking on him and a thousands of questions. I don’t know what I would of done without them so thank each and everyone of y’all who looked after my sweet boy!😊🥰

If I could give 10 stars I would. Had an emergency injury with my dog today. Their wait list was full and they were BUSY. They made time for us and where kind and compassionate. Thanks so much guys!

Visiting here in BeltonTexas to see my daughter when my dog was feeling to good. Called this facility and they were friendly and accommodating to help. From the phone call to being done took about 45 minutes. A great clinic and wonderful staff. As you can see Bandit was very happy when his visit was done.

Our visits are always met with great people who very much care for our pets (kids) just as much as we do. Everyone is always so friendly and wait times are literally nonexistent because of how fast but yet thorough the appointments are. I always leave feeling relieved and we’ll taken care of!

Was not a good day as we had to say goodbye to our Liberty. However, the entire staff was very accommodating and expressed their sorrows for us. When the decision was made, we were moved to a big room and given all the time we needed prior without being rushed and more time inches end. Not a good vist, but because if the circumstances and not the staff.

I've mostly been here when I have sick animals or need to be put down. The staff is kind and friendly. They work with you on options that best suit your budget and are very caring with the sensitivity that comes with the loss of a pet. Unfortunately, I've had my 2 cats put down, and they provided me with a momento of their paw print with their name on it. Truly thankful for them!

Techs there lavish my Chihuahua Cisco with love and kindness. Cisco loves being spiled when he boards there while we are on vacation. Staff is always welcoming and friendly and very helpful if we have questions about pet care.
