Had the screen on my iPhone 11 mashed up for months and contemplating on buying an another one. It worked great, I just couldn’t see the whole screen . Screen was replaced by MPG in less than 2 hrs and it was under $140. Great job 👏 Kudos!

I went in to have my phone looked at , because it wasn't charging. And the guy there was super friendly and he helped me. After I got it back I asked him, what was the problem and he said it just had some dust and lint. In it he said I cleaned it for you. I asked him what do I owe you. And he said nothing. I wish I would of asked for his name. Such a great guy.

This place is extremely professional and efficient.
I walked in and they where able to repair my iPhone battery and screen in only a few hours. The team there should be proud of the work they do and you should give them your business. There pricing is also fair for the level of quality I received.

I took my cell phone here recently to get looked at and honestly had the best customer service EVER. I dropped by last Thursday initially and watched Geo (I think) tell a lady he was helping not to worry about paying. After working on my phone for a while today he told me the same. He couldn’t fix my issue but he spent a great deal of time messing with it. I appreciated meeting him so much. The world needs more of his kindness. I will send anyone looking for phone repairs his way.

Don't know what all the hate is about in some of these reviews, great place worked with me and got my stuff fixed. If something changes ill update the review but i'm bringing my stuff here from now on

These guys are the best. My phone wasn't charging and my headphone jack wasn't connecting and these guys fixed both my issues in less than 5 minutes. Everyone there is nice, clean, and professional. I'll definitely be going back for any other phone repairs in the future.

These guys were a pure pleasure to deal with. I took in my IPhone 6 Plus for a battery replacement. Just a few months ago I had the battery replaced at a national chain store which supposedly specializes in batteries. When I got it back it didn’t work and the battery never performed to standards. At Mobile Phone Geeks when they looked at the phone they showed me that the built in Apple diagnostic indicated the battery was operating at 91% of original capacity. (All I have to say about that is 91% of almost nothing is still just about nothing.). I appreciated the fact they were trying to protect me from myself. They took the phone in and gave me a reasonable time to pick it up. They performed exactly as they promised and the price was less than the national chain store. The new battery holds a charge just like the OEM battery. I highly recommend this business to anyone with a iPhone battery issue.

Went it to fix my cracked iPhone XS Max screen and though there was some hiccups with the replacement screen(s), they were willing to work with me to get my phone working.I deeply appreciate it, because I did not want to purchase a new phone after just paying this phone off. Once they got the right screen ordered they installed it quickly and everything seems to be working as it should. Thank you!

When I arrived, I was treated with respect and recognized although the guys were busy with other customers. When one of them was available, he looked and said, "I'll help who's next". I really appreciated that. Also, they have good eye contact. Very important, also, is that they seem to be very knowledgeable, honest, and experienced. Refused to sell a battery for my older phone to me until he was very sure it worked well and offered to order a new one for me. While I was there, I also had an opportunity to see very satisfied customers.

Late review but they deserve it. There was a problem with the vender for the part with my phone. Took a little then expected. But I walk away with my phone fixed an a happy customer. I know a good deal doesn't come around like that often. But for the appreciation an the care for the customer. I will most deffently keep my business with Geeks. Thanks

Last week I went Mobile Phone Geeks because of a cracked screen in my iPhone 6 Plus.When I got to the store they assisted me immediately asking me what I needed help with. I told them my screen got cracked from a hard fall on ground & they took my phone & fixed it with an affordable price ! It took them no longer than a day. Great Customer service:)

Had a very good experience with Mobile Phone Geeks. They were very helpful and, even though the part for my phone had to be ordered, they fixed my phone as soon as they could. The phone was fixed, then had some issues, and I was able to bring the phone back, and instead of having them reorder the part, they just agreed to fix my iPhone instead, without any extra cost. I recommend Mobile Phone Geeks to anyone who needs glass repair, etc., as they are the most affordable around this area.

I used to work at the Temple Best Buy as a member of their Geek Squad. One day during work, I dropped my phone and cracked it on the floor of the store.

I knew that if I were to follow the standard procedure of repairing my phone through best buy's protection plan, it would take at LEAST two weeks for me to get a working phone back.

During my lunch break, I swung by the Mobile Phone Geek's office across the street and asked what they could do for me.

I was delighted when I was told that not only could they fix my phone within the next few hours, they would also let me choose from a nice assortment of custom colored screens and back glasses. (my original iPhone 4 was black, I chose white front and back, but they let me keep the black home button for a more custom look)

The best part was because I was wearing my Best Buy uniform and decided to come see them during a busy part of their day when a good number of other customers were in the store, I was only charged $65 for my front and back glass, a new case, and all of the labor associated with my repair.

Moral of the story, these guys will treat you right, and do a good job of fixing your phone. Give them a look! You won't be disappointed!

No issues with multiple dealings with these guys. When one of my phones was unfixable, they made sure I was taken care of with another phone. Just bought another phone there today and got a great deal (way cheaper than online prices). I feel they were very personable and won't go anywhere else for my cell phone needs.
