Travelodge by Wyndham Temple

I like the service here. The rooms are clean and pest free. It’s one story so your vehicle is parked in front of your room. There’s no loud music or people keeping you up at night. I like staying here while I’m working out here. I would definitely recommend.

If you're on a budget or other hotels are booked, Travel Lodge is a great alternative. Tucked away on the feeder, it's minutes away from fine dining and the major medical centers, including the VA. Don't be discouraged or fooled by the outside; the rooms are all clean and modern, with the comforts of a four or five star hotel.

Clean rooms, no pest and didn't smell of stale cigarettes. Decent pillows, Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable. That means clean sheets, clean towels, no bugs, nobody partying outside, no noise. I felt secure and safe every time of the half dozen times I’ve stayed at this property and have stayed there several times in the past 3 years including recently. No issues, great value, convenient location. I’m not being coerced, asked, or paid to review. I’m a traveling nurse.

Stayed 8-1-23, this hotel is the best cheap hotel Ive come upon in a long time. Its an older hotel yes, but The rooms are super clean, AC works great in 100+ temps, and the price is just right. Hard to find a great room like this for under $75 anymore.

This is a very lovely hotel with a great value right in a central location. I needed city relocation housing for a few days until I move in the a roomate in Leander for a new job at the Oasis on Lake Travis. The hotels in Austin are pricey so I am so glad this was available, so this saved me. The room is super clean, and the soundproofing is great. It even came with in room coffee and iron. The room decor is very classy.

He operates this hotel very well! After you stay here, you will see for yourself what kind of a difference it makes when the owner is a part of the day-to-day mechanics of this business. My room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Next time I’m in Temple Texas, I’m definitely staying here. So refreshing to see such a well run Hotel.

After deciding to read reviews of the hotels in a town near the Travelodge (too many complaints of bed bugs in that town), I made the executive decision to move our reservation to the Travelodge. It's a bit worn, but for the price? It can't be beat. Our room is clean, and is home to the comfiest king size bed I've collapsed onto... like ever.

I'm a princess when it comes to my sleeping arrangements; this is no where close to the worst place I've ever stayed, and is actually up there on one of the best motel style hotels I've stayed in.

The reservation agent was very pleasant, friendly, and professional. She made me feel at home. The room was a non-smoking king size bed. The bed was made. Everything was there. The room was well-lit. There's a microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, fridge, closet space, dressers, and TV. I took this picture after check in.

The owner allowed me to check in way before 3pm for a 5$ fee. I really appreciate him working with me. The room was comfortable. As far as I’m concerned if there isn’t bed bugs, roaches, and I feel safe to sleep, then the Hotel is 5* in my book. The Only thing I would complain about is you can hear the busy freeway. So I would not recommend getting a room on the side for other light sleepers like myself. I like white noise when I am sleeping, so I turned the fan on high to drown out the noises.

Best motel in Temple TX. Clean. Very quiet. Good hot water. Always good heat and AC. Comfortable bed. I highly recommend.

It's quiet. It's a place to sleep. It's a place to take a shower. Has a heater and air conditioner. Has a refrigerator. Everything that you need to be able to get by. Not living in the hotel only a night or Tuesday is perfect. I don't get much sleep on the road so I don't ask for much whenever I do get sleep. And the price is PERFECT!!!! OWNER IS UNBELIEVABLY NICE AND SO IS THE STAFF!!!

Well maintained and immaculately clean. Friendly staff, everything worked perfectly, from the, AC, to the fridge and microwave. Comfortable. Very good for the price, which is definitely affordable. Quiet location, places to eat nearby. Perfect stay for anyone on a budget looking for a nice place. Would stay here again.

The place is older but more than efficient. The staff was very accommodating and nice. Lydia the housekeeper was very helpful and nice. The smile on her face and beautiful demeanor spoke volumes. The room was very clean and updated. I would definitely recommend this place. Awesome and highly recommended.

It is as described, a basic hotel. Nothing fancy but the rooms were clean, plenty of towels, cold a/c, clean sheets, hot water, free wifi, tv worked, small fridge and a microwave. A great deal for the money. Will most likely stay there again when I visit family in that area. Only thing they don't offer I would like to have had, is connecting rooms. Staff was friendly.

I stay here when I'm back in town. I had a little hiccup on my last visit but it was quickly resolved the next morning. Breakfast, in my opinion, is the best one. Rooms are always clean. Wifi is super quick.

Great Rooms, place looks dated on the outside but the room was really nice. Breakfast was sparce but for the price it makes sense. A.C. unit was basically new. And the people there were very professional and helpful. Would deffintly stay here again if I were in the area.

Really friendly staff. Had an issue with the TV and the front desk guy came to the room to fix it. Great visit. Definitely be back next time we're in town!!!

It was an older motel, but has been refurbished. The manager was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I would recommend tgis place to people who are on a budget. For the price, it was worth it.
