Barge Properties Management Company

I've been a contractor for Barge for years at two of their properties and they've been a great company to work for. They have friendly and honest management, well maintained properties, and pay quickly. Jill Carson is one of North Park Village has become a dear friend and one of my favorite people on the planet! I look forward to providing service for years to come.

My review is for Sheppard Edge Apartments. We love it here- It is a very friendly family complex, our neighbors are very sweet and lookout for one another . Both the office staff and maintenance are both very sweet as well, when ever a concern has occurred it’s always been handled in a timely professional matter. I would recommend Sheppard Edge as a great place to live anyone!

This review is for Oakview Apartments in Temple, Texas. I have lived here for over 2 years and I love it. It is a very quiet complex. My neighbors are great and very friendly. The maintenance department is very professional. I had to call once when my air condition unit was leaking in my apartment, it was after hours on a weekend so I got the answering service and with in 30 minutes they were there and fixed the problem. They checked with me the following week to make sure everything was good. I was very impressed. I would recommend Oakview as a great place to live.
